AARKANSAS PEST CONTROL SERVICEWhen I moved into my home we were covered from the previous owner. Within three weeks of moving in, we found hidden termite damage in the crown molding in our bedroom. Cliff was out the next day to assess the damage and gave us the option to do the repair work ourselves (for which he would reimburse time and expenses) or he would pay a crew to do the work. All of this was done quickly and the crew he hired to fix the damage was professional and high quality too. This is a local company with real people who treat you like an intelligent human, not a number. I highly recommend them over the over-priced big guns.- Jonathan H.

AMike is very professional & did a thorough job. He quoted the job & immediately went to work. He even knocked down spider webs which are really bad living on a lake. We used another pest control company for two years without success & will switch long-term to Advanced Pest Control. They are the only company that provide full service for insects, small animals, bats, etc. Thank God I don't have bats in my belfry! Advanced uses the highest grade chemicals available & so far I've observed excellent results.

BI use Terminix only because they are the biggest. I use them because I had an insect problem and they are one of the few who told me they would not charge me for additional visits. I don't like paying their semi-annual/quarterly fee, as of the moment that's who I use. They come promptly when you call them if you have a problem.

DThey are not lawn experts: they are a chemical distribution company and not very good at that. They skipped treatments and failed to return after ineffective treatments even after promising to do so. My yard is now worse than before they started. I spent $318 over four months for three treatments and still have a yard full of weeds and bald spots. The staff on the phone was very nice and tried to keep my business, but proof of TruGreen's professionalism is on my lawn, not my phone.
