AVivint IncIt went well and the service I received since has been excellent. I've had the system for about 2.5 years. They were very prompt in responding when the alarm sounded (by accident not break in). I did have a camera stop working and it took about a week to get someone here to repair it. We had them call us once since set up, due to our cat tripping the inside motion detector. They dispatched the police and called us. ARELIABLE ALARM Service, LLC.He installed this alarm unit 5 years ago, and he remembered where all of the components were in the house. Also, he left a back up battery for a satellite unit that was still running on the original battery. I had lost the key for the main "brain" box, and he left me a spare key for it. He came out and took care of the problem right away. He was very expedient and very knowledgeable. It couldn't have been better.- Robert W.

AMartin was a great resource to help us select the items we needed to secure our home. He was also honest about the things that we really did not need. We appreciated his background in law enforcement giving him a different perspective. Later when we needed an adjustment to one of the glass break alarms, I was able to just text Martin and he took care of getting it done. The best part of dealing with Martin is that you don’t have to go through an automated system and get someone different every time. I can call Martin and know he is going to handle our issues.
