    Mustard Seed Moving of Arkansas
    Awful.  The movers showed up late.  Said the owner did not provide moving blankets.  Damaged 7 pieces of Bassett Furniture.  The man in charge handed me the contract after the truck was loaded. Did not give me the opportunity to read anything. Said sign this and sign this one our insurance will take care of anything damaged.  Did not know that they only paid .60 on the pound.  The owner Jason Quinn is not being very helpful.  It has been over 10 days and 2 repairmen have said they would be here and never show and will not answer our phone calls.  Would not recommend this company.

    Ron's Delivery & Moving
      The movers came at night to move a very heavy bedframe and mattresses to my apartment in downtown Little Rock, AR. They were very nice and professional.  The only hiccup was the screws to mount the bed were in a zip-lock bag and they forgot to give them to me when the move was finished.  When I called they promptly found them and brought to me that night. Would use them again.

    ALL THE RIGHT MOVES
    We had a great experience with All The Right Moves. They were professional, efficient, and were a lot of fun! Having their assistance made moving so much easier. They offered suggestions throughout the day, did a great job packing (I am unpacking now and am really impressed with how carefully things were packed), placed furniture (sometimes multiple times until we were happy!), and kept us laughing. Some new friends from the neighborhood came over so our house was full of children. They were great in maneuvering around the kids and making our five-year-old feel like he was part of the team. I was impressed by the little details. Moving is so tiring and things start to fall through the cracks as the day goes on. Not with these guys- they placed furniture in ways that made sense (if we weren't there to direct), set up the garage so we have easy access while unpacking, and insisted on arranging boxes in ways that were safe for our kids. The good reviews here are well-deserved!

    David, Brandon and Matt are super!  my experience with them was great and I will definitely be calling them again.  
    It was so difficult finding someone to help me move around some heavy furniture and just rearrange heavy objects.
    Brandon and Matt came in and listen carefully, evaluated and moved everything, efficiently and carefully, with no 
    damage to anything.    Completely satisfied customer and I felt they were very reasonably priced.

    College Hunks Hauling Junk & College Hunks Moving
    I have contacted this provider twice this week, once on Wednesday and once today (Thursday).
    After reading the two positive reviews on Angie's list, I decided to try them out for three hour local move within Little Rock. The initial call is to their toll free number. There a representative collected the details of my move as well as my contact information. The representative then told me that he would forward my information to the local branch that would call me the same day.
    After not receiving a call Wednesday, I decided to call back this morning (Thursday). The representative that I spoke to this time, apologized and told me she would personally call the manager of the local branch. She assured me someone would be contacted me today to set-up the move. Thursday, still no call.
    After two attempts to have someone call me regarding the move, I figured they either don't exists or the local branch is too busy to care...either way it is poor business and proves that the company is unprofessional and unreliable. At the least, as a control measure, the representative from the toll free number should do follow-up phone call to ensure the customer had been contacted. I do not recommend using College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving.

    They were very professional in preparation for the move. Their final price was the price agreed on. The loading process went very well. They arrived at the time they said they would. The only problem we encountered was in setting up the furniture. They did not set up,the bedroom furniture correctly. They were in a hurry at the end thus the quality of their performance decreased. However for the amount charged, their performance was excellent.t.

    All My Sons Moving & Storage of Little Rock
    Team of 3 movers and 1 truck showed up on time.  They came in and looked at what needed to be loaded and moved.  I signed agreements and they began loading. Loading of the truck went pretty smooth.  My wife and I had everything in boxes and already taken apart for the movers.  They had the house loaded onto the truck within 2 1/2 hours.  Again no issues up to this point.  We drove over to the new house.  The driver in charge told me that I would need to pay up front and sign all paper work before they would begin to unload my belongings.  This was a red flag but I felt like I had no choice.  I wanted my belongings and they were basically holding them hostage.  I signed and paid an estimated total cost including unload time.  I was told I could get a refund if the unload was faster than estimated. (Which it was by almost an hour) They began to unload my belongings.  Within the first 15 min they dropped my rolling Craftsman tool chest off the ramp and bent it.  5 min later my wife comes to get me and shows me huge scratches in the top of our dinning table.  I call All My Sons and talked to the boss.  He tells me the guys are going to take a smoke break and "recoup" and that I would be compensated by filing a claim.  The guys finished unloading. I pointed out to them several more items that had been damaged in the move.  I signed a form showing I would get my refund of around $100 for the over estimation of unloading. (this took almost 2 weeks)  The guys asked if I wanted to take a picture with them. I told them h*** no and they dropped their tip down the ramp.  They left.  I called AMS again to get the information to file a claim.  The claim packet was sent from "We Care Claims"  I called out a furniture repair person to get an estimate on fixing my items.  She wrote up a quote of $2484 to fix my table, chairs, entertainment center, queen bed foot board and bedroom TV stand.  All the items that were damaged cost me around  $8000 new so I assumed $2400 to fix was pretty good.  Her estimate cost me $100.  I sent all the info in to "We Care Claims"  3 weeks later I get a letter saying they are giving me $300 and I have to sign a paper that I am satisfied.  I called All My Sons and talked to the owner.  He says that I added damaged items after the fact and that his claim deptartmant knows how much items weigh and I over estimated on the weights.  He said I'm only entitled to 60 cents per pound on the damage regaurdless of the cost of the items.  I asked him to come over to the house and we could discuss it in person on the table that his people destroyed.  He declined.  He told me I counldnt expect to get $2600 on a move that only cost me $900.  RIDICULOUS!!  Stay away from this moving company.  Please Please Please use anybody else on the planet.  These guys care until the move is done and then they are done with you.  I just wish the owner was decent enought to come look at what his employees had done to my personal belongings.  I wasnt looking to be better off than I was before but I expected to be made whole again.

    All My Sons Moving & Storage of Little Rock
    The two men arrived at 2:30 vs the 1:00 that was scheduled.  We had been notified that they were running late (we later found out wewere their 3rd move that day).  The started well, loading boxes and the furniture in the garage, but when the furniture came downstairs, the night stand, dresser and desk all came down the stairs, upside down with the drawers flying open.  They said they couldn't wrap it upstairs and "get a good grip".  When Josh, the local owner called to check on progress, I told him about the furniture coming down upside down, unwrapped.  He then called and talked to the men and let them know the problem.
    We then heard a lot of negative talk and anger as the men stayed outside in the truck.  The they seemed to slow to half speed and proceeded to double wrap everything with mountains of tape.  The move that did not include any real furniture (no sofas, chairs, 1 bed, no tables other than the dining table) took from 2:30pm until 8:30 that night.
    When I let Josh know about the bad attitudes and slow work, he informed me he would "help" at the end with a discount and felt than any further call from him would just create more trouble.
    When we arrived at our new house, nothing was unloaded until the bill was settled (in other words our belongings were being held hostage, until payment was received.  Josh's discount for all the trouble was $90 off.  I persuaded him to lower it $27 more to $550.
    The men proceeded to unload at double speed, nicking one mirror because it sat in the hallway unwrapped until the very last thing (may items were carried past it over the 4-5 hours spent loading.

    Needless to say, I will never use All my Sons for moving ever again and recommend that no one in the Little Rock area do either.

    TWO MEN & A TRUCK
    Although the lead mover cautioned me that they wouldn't be able to get everything in the truck, they worked carefully with me to decide what to keep and what to leave behind. They eventually got much more in the truck than I thought they would and were done in 2 1/2 hours.
