    True Comfort Heating & Cooling
My air conditioner went out and they were able to come same day and went out of their way to be sure I had the unit replaced the next day. They took the time to explain everything they were doing in terms that I could understand. They were very professional and hard working and made sure everything was working well. Also had good prices. They did not try to over sell me and gave me honest feedback and advice. I will definitely be using them from now on.

    Bert Black Service Co
It went much better than I expected. I'm reluctant to hire contractors, but this job went flawlessly. They were very punctual, professional, and answered tons of my questions throughout the whole install. There was no pressure for a sale.....I don't make quick decisions when it comes to major expenditures, and Russell (our contact) answered them all immediately. Great experience.

    Bradley Mechanical Corp
I was impressed enough with  their handling of it and some of the information they gave me. Through the internet we went ahead and took a years contract with them. They check everything in the Fall and in the Spring. We were very pleased, so we're giving them a try. They're responsive, on time, communicative, they explained everything. Being on time or letting me know that they're late is a big thing for most people, and I like that. They seem competent and communicative, explaining everything they were going to do. I would say the price was average, I don't have a comparison.

    Pontillo Home Services
My husband and I are realtors and the home we were selling needed some HVAC repairs. Our client/seller lives out of state so we offered to assist by contacting local contractors. I contacted Mark at 4:30 PM and he agreed to meet us at the home at 8:00 the next morning. We arrived a few minutes early and he was already waiting. He evaluated the HVAC and offered a solution that was several thousand dollars lower than the estimate we had received the day before. In fact, he found a leak in just a few minutes after his arrival and had repaired it in less than an hour. It was obvious he knew his trade and we will not hesitate to use him again. It is refreshing to find an honest, committed contractor.

    Advantage Service Company

This is a new construction home.  When we had a new washer/dryer delivered, we thought something was wrong with the dryer because every time we tried to use it it went dead.  We had someone come out to check out the dyer and found it was actually a bad switch in the electrical panel that was being thrown when the dryer was turned on.  We contacted the builder, who was suppose to send out their electrician, but after a couple of weeks waiting for them, we gave up and called Advantage Service.  There was an electrician out within about an hour.  He quickly went to work to diagnose and fix the problem.

We were extremely please with the speed of service and the reasonable price.

    Moore Heat & Air, LLC

Heating unit quit working previous night (blowing cold air). Called them the next morning at 6AM and left message with their answering service. Was advised they'd call me after opening at 8AM. Got a call @ 8:02 ... Wow! Came right out. Diagnosed bad induction blower/motor. Provided estimated repair quote. Went back out, got part, and I had heat before 10:30!

They've serviced my package unit (AC and Heat) for several years. They're knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Tech will call ahead before heading out on scheduled service appointments.

Good luck finding a better provider or high-quality service! Will continue to use.

    Air-FX Inc.
Owner and associate performed all work in a timely manner. Knows all the ins and outs about HVAC. Gave information that contradicted another service provider, and backed it up with factual details. Very professional and personable. A very classy organization.

    Advantage Service Company
In October of 2010, Advantage replaced my heat and air with a new, top of the line high efficiency Carrier unit. Each spring since then there has been a foul odor when going back and forth between heat and air. They had tried various things and in 2013, I complained to their installation manager, Brandon Wilson. He came out to my home with a technician and they opened up the unit and worked on it. In 2014, again the odor appeared. This is a dank, musty, terrible odor and I have health issues with my lungs. I called Brandon again and requested that Carrier be involved with this problem. He consulted with Mark Latting, his boss. Mark said that he would send someone to spray a special chemical on the coils for $200. I complained since the problem had been with the unit since installation. Mark then said that he would just charge me $79.00. Not happy at this point, but I had them spray. Well, the smell did not go away. Again I called Brandon and he consulted with Mark. They came out and installed a $600 ultraviolet light on the coils without charging me. I waited a week and the odor still remained. I called Brandon again and told him that I had read online that this problem had come with these high efficiency units, but had become less common since they had started using aluminum coils rather than copper which are more porous. The next morning at no charge, they replaced the copper coils in my unit with aluminum coils and the problem went away. I appreciate the efforts made by the company, especially Brandon and Mark, to resolve this problem. If the problem returns next spring, I will return to update this review.

    Freyaldenhoven Heating & Cooling
I've used Freyaldenhoven on several occasions over the years, and I would call them again.
This is a true family owned and operated business, and it is obvious that they strive to employ the most knowledgeable and trustworthy technicians.
My experience (with them and others) is that with this kind of work there is sometimes a need for a return visit, but they definitely seem dedicated to making things right no matter what it takes.

    Middleton Heat & Air
Middleton Heat and Air is not a company that stands by their word nor do they stand behind their services.
Middleton Heat and Air provided inaccurate information and does not stand behind the mistakes of their technicians. When
approached about their mistake, they declined to rectify the problem. This goes against them as professional business and their guarantee located on their website.
In June of 2013, my wife and I purchased a home in the Maumelle area. During the initial inspection of our home, it was noted by the home inspector that certain rooms in the home were registering much hotter than the rest of the house. Since our home inspector was a general inspector he advised us to have the HVAC unit inspected along with the house duct work as these could
potentially be two areas that could render the home warmer.
Upon his advice, we asked the sellers of our home to please order a heating and cooling inspection. The sellers complied
and had Middleton Heat and Air do the inspection. Middleton Heat and Air sent a technician out the following day to inspect the unit as well as the ductwork. On the same day as the inspection, we spoke to the technician from Middleton Heat and Air. He assured us both verbally and on paper that the unit and all subsequent ductwork were in perfect working order without any problems or leakage. With his assurance and in good faith, we purchased the home.
Two days into the house with the air on 70 degrees, we were both sweating. Noticing that the house was significantly warmer
in certain parts of the house; we contacted Middleton Heat and Air. We spoke to the Operations Manager who once again assured us that everything was perfect within our home. She informed us that her technicians go through extensive training and if something were wrong with the home, he would have found it. To appease us, she scheduled a senior technician to come out to our home in order to re-inspect the system. About a week later, we received a visit from Jason, a senior technician with Middleton Heat and Air.
Jason confirmed our worse fears, the prior technician, from Middleton Heat and Air was in fact wrong about his inspection. In fact, Jason was shocked that our home had passed inspection after looking at the ductwork and our unit. He quickly ordered another gentlemen from Middleton Heat and Air to come out to the home and do a load test on the home. The following week another technician from Middleton Heat and Air came out to inspect our home. He once again confirmed what Jason had told us the previous week, our system is fine, but our ductwork needed to be replaced.
Middleton Heat and Air sent out a service technician that did not have the expertise to conduct an inspection on the system, and in turn we purchased our home in good faith believing our heating and cooling system was working perfectly (to include the ductwork). Now, in order to have our system, in good working condition, we have a repair estimate of over $7000.
Prior to this incident, we had only heard wonderful things about Middleton Heat and Air and felt certain that a company with a wonderful reputation would stand by their word and their inspection. However, when we approached Middleton Heat and Air regarding the repair we were told by Mark Middleton, their Managing Director, that due to the fact that we did not directly hire them, they had no responsibility toward us and the service they provided on our home.
Middleton Heat and Air is not a good company nor is their management. Based upon the aforementioned, I strongly advise anyone to please use any company other than this one. Middleton Heat and Air has gotten too big for its own good and no longer cares about their customers, or the people that they hurt in order to serve their own business interests. We are collecting estimates for the work right now and truly praying for a lower option.
