  • My son had his windows tinted there 5+ years ago. No bubbles and still looks great. I did my wife's car last year (tinted glass on all windows, rear glass + paint protector film on front bumper and hood + side view mirrors and door trim) and it was money well spent ... about 4 months after getting the car done, she was lightly sideswiped in a parking lot. Got 2 estimates for repair as high as $800. But fortunately one of those guys recommended we take the car to The Dent Doctor since (in his opinion) it appeared the paint protector film had absorbed most of the damage. Sure enough that was exactly the case. Total repair bill was $115 + $25 to Dand D to replace the damaged film on the front bumper. With that experience, and the fact that my wife's window films still look great 1+ yrs later (no bubbles), it was a no-brainer to take my car in for the same full treatment. Money well spent by a highly-skilled crew. Call ahead to make appointment. Turn around time: same day to 24 hrs depending on their work load. Don't be put off by the price I paid; it was the premium film to block damaging sunlight while reducing interior temp. Less expensive films also available and if you don't get the paint protector, the price will be much less. Go to their website and then give them a call, they will give you a quote over the phone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  • Bought a new 2013 car from them ... Transaction occured on July 31, 2013. I was to go in at 2PM the next day (Aug 1) to pick the car up after they had cleaned it up/detailed it. On Aug 1, running behind at work, I called them up at 1:30PM and told them I would not be in until probably 3PM. I arrived at the dealership at 2:45Pm and had to wait an additional 2 hours before the car was ready. That was followed by a 1-hr demo of how the car's electronics worked. Although I didn't mind that demo, I was extremely put off by having to wait for the car to be ready.
    WORSE YET, part of the sale agreement included an additional 12-month subscription to SiriusXM after the introductory 3-month subscription expired. That subcription expired on Novemeber 1, and after 3+ weeks since it expired of constantly being on the phone with them and making 2 visits to the dealership it is quite obvious I've been getting a run-around and they appear to have no intention of honoring the agreement.
    I e-mailed the owner -- Greg Ellis -- and he never contacted me back. I was treated very nice up until I signed on the dotted line and handed them a down payment. Now they don't care, and as far as I'm concerned, the dishonest culture begins with the man at the top who obviously has no intention of even conveying any slightest concern or intention to make it right.
    After only 3+ months I'm certain I've bought first -- AND LAST Infiniti. I always thought buying a luxury car would be a cut above ... nothing could be further from the truth. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Do your homework. The web is full of dissatified customers when it comes to Ellis Infiniti.

  • They charged what they said they would charge, and were honest in not overselling me-they determined that I did not need to replace the back brake pads which saved me over $100. I am returned to have my 105,000 tune-up, timing belts, and oil change service at the end of November. They are personable and their service was very good!! Their quoted rates for the work I will be having done is extremely competitive, especially with the local competition.

  • Stopped in for a quote only....but they had the replacement windshield in stock and could do the work right away, so we had it done. They were courteous, professional and did a good job.
    I haven't taken it through a car-wash yet, so don't know if it leaks...but I'll be surprised if it does.

  • These guys have always completed the work when they said. they stayed in communication with me. they were helpful in setting me up with a rental. I did not have to return the vehicle to have it repaired again. they did the job right the first time.

  • My truck stopped running. I had to jump it three times to get to the Firestone.  they did not have the battery in stock that I needed.  they followed me to the closest autozone so I could buy the battery that I needed.  when I returned to the firestone with the battery they installed it free of charge.  You don't see this type of service or care anymore.

  • I arrived shortly after 4 pm and they got the job done within the hour. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they got to it. They performed the service as instructed on my Camry.

  • I took my car to Ed's to have my brakes checked, as they were making noises.  Ed checked them, and said that I didn't need  brakes at this point, that I still had about 4000 miles left on the pads.  He is a most honest person.  He could have easily said I needed to have them replaced,  but he didn't.

  • Took car to have windshield replace. Very good price and quick service. Only one annoying thing, Since having the windshield replaced, it clouds up and will not clear on its own, you have to physically clean it. The original windshield did not do this and we never had this problem before replacing it. Thought maybe it may be the type of glue or cement they used to install it.

  • The young man who sold me the covers was very pleasant and helpful.He took it upon himself to put the covers on the wheels for me saying that if I'd never done this before i might run into some difficulty.I thought he went above and beyond to be of service and could not have been more professional.
