Experience was great. They came out to my house. It was taken care of through insurance. I was contacted, they came out and everything was perfect. The windshield is still fine.

    BINSWANGER GLASS
It didn't take very long for them to replace my glass. They did a wonderful job. They were careful not to damage my paint or dash when taking the old glass out. They vacuumed any glass up that needed to be picked up.

    BINSWANGER GLASS CO
An appointment was made for a convenient time. When I arrived, I was cordially greeted and the work began on time. The repair was made in less than 30 minutes. The people in the office were cheerful and it was a pleasant experience. Other companies should look into the wonderful customer service Binswanger provides. I visited the location on Col. Glenn Road.

    Safelite AutoGlass
A car wash damaged my windshield. It took days for my insurance to get with me to get something done about the car. The day they issued a check I was preparing to leave on a vacation and asked my agent to please help me locate as service where I could get the car done right away (vs. cancel the vacation). He made some calls and suggested, among others, Safelite. I called them and they were able to get to my car that day - they had an appointment available about 2 hours after the time I made the call which coincided perfectly with my lunch break. The folks were courteous and my windshield was replaced and I was out of there in about an hour. (I did have the option to pay extra to have them and quot;come to meand quot;, but elected to save that extra.) A month later I started to hear a rattle in my dash, but nothing too serious, very sporatic. But a couple months later, the rattle became worse. So I took the car to Nissan (still under warranty) and they indicated that a piece of insulation was missing from the replacement windshield. So I called Safelite and immediately spoke to a person (no going through a bunch of automation) who transferred me immediately to another person in the service department. Both persons were extremely courteous and sincere in meeting my needs. The second person I spoke with asked if she could send someone out to me right away. I was at work and said and quot;sureand quot;. Within the hour, the service tech called to say he would be at my office within five minutes, and he was. The tech, Kyle Taylor, was very impressive. He was very courteous, asked plenty of detailed questions, LISTENED, went over some things with me, asked if he could remove some trim for further inspection, then called his supervisor to report that indeed, a thin piece of insulation was missing and needed to be replaced. He then asked me if it would be convenient for him to wait for the part to come out to him so that he could reinstall the windshield properly right away. I said sure. Now I park my car right in front of my office window so I was able to observe the entire scenario and elected to go back in and work while he waited for the part (which took about 30 minutes). He did a complete reinstall and when he was finished, he called and asked if I could come out for a look and to go over a few things. He seemed very meticulous. I'm happy to report that the dash noise is gone. And I'm very happy with the service even if it meant a reinstall. And here is specifically why: 1. I spoke with people in lieu of leaving a message and without automation. 2. From the first call, I was taken very seriously, was treated with the utmost respect, and as if my issue was critical. 3. There was no putting anything off and no delay. 4. There was no attempting to pass the issue off on to Nissan or anyone else. They stepped right up to the plate. 5. Kyle Taylor was actually a pleasure to deal with. He was well spoken, carried on a conversation easily, never seemed the least bit disinterested nor distracted even during the roughly 20 minute delay of getting a call back from his supervisor. He was extraordinarily courteous and LISTENED to what I was telling him. He was very thorough and never once tried to make it appear that this was someone else's fault (even if another tech had not done the job right the first time, he never said that out loud to me) or that he could have been doing something else (like messing with his cell phone, which he never once did, much to my amazement) - was very respectful across the board, which I appreciate tremendously. Look, anyone can make a mistake and that is what happened with my windshielf installation. It was a mistake. I realize that. What impresses me is how PROFESSIONAL and RESPECTFUL the whole experience with Safelite was made for me, start to finish, both times. They may cost a tad bit more but being able to speak with an actual person, the efficiency in which they handled my needs, and the care they provided made it worth the extra money, hands down. I wish there were more techs like Kyle Taylor. We'd all be a happier nation if every tech we dealt with was as professional and courteous as he was with me. I WILL recommend Safelite and would never hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Stopped in for a quote only....but they had the replacement windshield in stock and could do the work right away, so we had it done. They were courteous, professional and did a good job. I haven't taken it through a car-wash yet, so don't know if it leaks...but I'll be surprised if it does. Overall, good experience.

    Binswanger Glass Co
The service man called to let us know he was on his way. Just the most personable fellow and he was very careful to replace each pane and not scratch the door. He cleaned up the dust and woodchips besides dusting down the outside of the door. Very, very nice and he made sure that it was done perfectly. I would recommend this company without hesitation. ,

    My Clear View windshield repair
While my oil was being changed, they inspected my windshield for chips, found a couple, asked me about them, contacted my insurance company and let me know their findings; that they would be free to fix. They fixed them during the oil change so it did not cost me time or money. They were very nice and informative. Their work is guaranteed that if the windshield resin does not prevent needing a new windshield, the cost the insurance paid will go toward the new one.

    Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas
We highly recommend Glass Doctor---------This is our second time using "Glass Doctor" and each time it was easy to schedule----phone answered by a real person, very efficient ---took information and called back with price and schedule time ---at our convenience---within the hour. Both times was done within 72hours of our request. Eve before scheduled representative called to confirm. Day of the installer called when on his way to alert us of his arrival and he was there as scheduled. He was finished in 30"-45" Neat, well mannered efficient and did give us option of fixing damage rather than replacement if we wanted. Clean up after installation and done at my home---didn't have to leave home!! Price was fair and with work guarantee.

    Binswanger Glass Co
When the large glass back window of my SUV was vandalized, I knew that I was not going to use the two glass repair companies recommended by my insurance company, Geico. I had tried both in the past and found them incompetent and unprofessional. But my husband called a body shop he trusts and they recommended Binswanger Glass. On the basis of this recommendation, I scheduled my repair job. Binswanger overnighted the part and I drove out the next morning. The waiting and the repair areas were spotlessly clean and, in the case of the waiting area, pleasant, modern, and quiet. The staff were courteous and professional. They got to the job immediately and installed the back window promptly and perfectly. The price was surprisingly reasonable. As a woman, I have found that at some other body and glass repair shops, the male staff have been patronizing and sexist. Absolutely not so at Binswanger. I highly recommend this glass repair shop. While I hope not to have any more broken windows in my vehicle, if I do, I know where to go.
