    I sent picutures, serial numbers etc. He agreed to $75 to "fix" the dyer issues. However, he called and stated that he needed to come by first to confirm if it was just a button or a full panel. I assumed that was going to be part of the service call cost. He got here and had to call for service question with someone as to their opinion. He didn't take the top off to even look at it. Just assumed it would be the full panel i guess. I told him not to worry about it, ill just buy a new one "if" that is the problem. I then ask him to install a light above my stove so that he would do something for coming out. Basically two screws and attache the wires. He was receiving phone calls the entire time he was here, so nothing was accomplished. He spent 10 minutes on the light and then stated he didn't install lights. He then said he didn't have time to stay and had to run. Still charged the $75 even after i ask him why? He stated that the $75 was just to come out and take a look, even after my original question to confirm that it was for repair. He then stated that it would be "much" more to actually "fix" the dryer. I then stated that " I guess I should ask more detail questions next time". He agreed. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

    My 16 year old garbage disposal blew up and I needed to have it replaced quickly.  I called in the morning, he gave me a quote over the phone, and by the afternoon my new disposal was installed.  His rates were reasonable and you absolutely can't beat his responsiveness. Several other Angie's List advertisers didn't even bother to return a call.

    Buddy is very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived as expected. He is personable and friendly. He knew the problem, as they inquired when I set the appointment. Therefore, he was equipped with the right part. While checking his completed work, he noticed a problem with the garbage disposal. He went to the store and bought a new part, installed it, and only charged an additional $20!! Buddy is a gem, and my husband and I highly recommend him.

    Buddy quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem which was a malfunction of the digital control center. He fixed the refrigerator so that it would run until a new panel could be ordered and installed. Before ordering, he checked with the manufacturer and found that they were considering recalling this particular part. They agreed to cover the part and the replacement which saved us hundreds of dollars. Within a few days he was out to complete the repair. He was the most congenial yet professional repair person we have ever had in our home. We will not hesitate to call him again.

    IF YOU HAVE A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM OR A APPLIANCE THATS NEEDS FIXING OR INSTALLING THIS IS THE GUY. GARY DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD AND WAS VERY TIMELY AND REASOABLE. HE IS A VERY PERSONABLE FELLOW THAT YOU CAN TELL FROM THE GET GO KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. HE TOOK CARE OF ALL MY PROBLEMS QUICKLY AND THATS WITH ME BOTHERING HIM BY TALKING TO HIM WHILE HE WORKED LOL !! HE IS MY NEW GO TO GUY IN THE FUTURE I WOULDNT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS IN THE FUTURE !

    . Metro came to my house to repair my dishwasher that I bought from them. The repairman

    told me it could be repaired but they will have to come again and I will be charged again in order for him to get part number because

    he did not write it down. He said I should just buy a new machine. I have tried to speak with the manager

    Jeff Lavey and he is unavailable. I am very displeased and will never shop at Metro again.

    Was able to quickly diagnose problem with burner, ordered part, gave quote in writing.   Returned to install part.  Charge was as quoted.  The problem with the ice maker/water dispenser was not as expected although he make appropriate effort to diagnose problem.  Advised me to contact maker and did not charge me for this service.  Contacted me when part did not arrive as expected.  I would use him again for small electrical repairs.

    Scott was punctual, polite, and professional. He was able to quickly address each issue while gracefully answering my never-ending line of questioning that usually accompanies a service visit. (I like to know what's going on and how stuff works/breaks.) I will definitely call him the moment I sense trouble with any of my major appliances.
