F@UHC Called Customer Service (sic) 855-873-3268. Worst "customer service" experience of my life. 26 minutes on hold. 1st spoke unintelligibly. 2nd "advocate" (sic) had a terrible attitude. Terse & hostile. Do NOT sign up UHC Medicare Advantage. Customer service is the WORST!

ASam's West IncI keep going to them. I have had no problems with them. They were very accommodating when I needed adjustments. The product was a lot cheaper than I can get elsewhere. The lady I see there is probably a technician, but she is trained to do the job. I have a little magnetic wand I can use to set the program in the hearing aid. There is no room for the buttons. There are four different programs I can choose from. I have lost the magnetic wand couple of times and go back in there to get another one. I have never had any problem with them.
