AHousehold SolutionsIt cost a lot more than I wanted it to. They do a really great job. They built custom cabinets, which is one of their forte’s that they are really good at. We went to the stone place and picked out the granite countertops we wanted and the sinks and everything. They just really do a custom job. They’re awesome.- Wess B.

ARoyal Windows & SidingVery professional company. Would highly recommend this company for window installation. James Jordan was our representative. We were very pleased with his knowledge of the product and the installation process.- BRUCE F.

ARoyal Windows & SidingThey were very prompt--they were here at 7 am to start working, as promised. Two men worked, almost without breaks, to complete the task. They cleaned up debris as they worked, which impressed me. They were very professional and courteous behavior from both men. We plan to use them again to replace some additional windows.- Glenda F.

ASuperior Marble & Glass CoEveryone was professional, prompt, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again. The reason the cost was so high is because we chose a very expensive granite. There were a lot more cost-friendly options available for those who wish to spend a lot less.- Michael D.

AHousehold SolutionsJustin was professional, and actually was able to get us in ahead of schedule. The shower was done in 1 week! His crew was also pleasant and helpful. If you are wondering if you should take a chance and hire him, wonder no more- just hire him! I will use him and his crew in the future for upcoming projects. For some reason it won't let me put the cost in down below- but it came out to be around $5500- that does not include my shower door- which will have to be installed in a week or two as it is a custom glass job! That is estimated to be around $1300 on it's own. So all in all will be approx $6800. I had another bid originally fron a different contractor for $9000! Extremely happy!!!- Elizabeth P.

AHousehold SolutionsIt went well. I was unsure of the tile and had not chosen it before arriving in town (this was a vacation townhouse). This put Justin at a disadvantage timewise, as I had asked him to please finish before I had to go back home. But all of his workers were courteous and very good at their jobs. His tile expert, George took the accent pebbles off of the 4 inch netting and placed them individually, stepping back and checking his work...being very detailed and perfect. He did an excellent job, as did all of Justin's subs. Justin was very polite and responsive and even responded to me on the weekend while he was on the lake. I appreciated everything they did and their cleanup afterward. Justin was very conscious of trying to get the job done when I asked, even though I was the one who delayed the process with my tile decision. In the end, it was finished a day later, which worked out fine. Great Job!!! Thanks so much!!!- Karen B.

BSuperior Marble & Glass CoI took the table top frame up to Superior and left it with them on 6/27/2011, and was told that the glass would be available in a week to 10 days. Well, it took a lot longer than that, over a month and a half, but when I did pick it up, it looked pretty good. I am pretty satisfied with the result, except for the following: 1) They didn't keep in touch with me. When the original availability date passed, they should have called to let me know and give me a new date. They didn't. 2) The glass turned out to be a (very) little smaller than the original piece, so there are some minor gaps. Actually, I was pretty impressed that they were able to get it as close as they did. 3) Two corners of the glass piece were square in the original, but were rounded in the replacement, leaving small gaps. That may have been done to provide shatter resistance, I don't know. 4) The glass is supported in the frame by little plastic clips, some of which I left with the table top frame at Superior, and some were attached to the table legs, which I necessarily kept. Unfortunately, when they put the clips in the frame, they got some of them in the wrong places. This would not have been a problem, except that they then applied silicone caulk to part of the frame. I'm sure that they did that to help support the glass, but it created a problem for me because I had to dig out the caulk in some places to accept the leg clips, and I had to dig out some of the other clips to reposition them.- John L.

FSuperior Marble & Glass CoSuperior Marble and Bath rep came out toward end of July- said they'd have to fabricate new pieces and that our 20+ year old pieces probably wouldn't match the the new pieces - we said if it was close and in harmony color-wise we had no problem. He took down an outside frame piece leaving the drywall ceiling in need of a new piece - he took it to get the colors close if possible and we understood. He also suggested we have him re-grout all the grouting in the shower stall and he's use a mold-free grouting to replace it. We said "Go" - someone called the next day and said $450 and we said go. August ... September ... October - No one called - nothing done. We called roughly in mid-October to express concern - talked with "John, owner" - he said they'd take care of it in a couple weeks and did apologize for lateness. As I write this on Saturday, November 30, it's obvious that it'll be December at the earliest - I know it's not a big job but you draw your own conclusions. My next step is to get the piece back and find someone else.- John C.

AMr. Calaway did a exceptional job of keeping me informed of the progress, and timeline of the job. The concrete slab could have been better, but was sub-contracted. Overall, it went very well, and I'm pleased with the finished product. Mr. Calaway has given me one year from the completion date to point out any defects, and have them taken care of.
