    Pete Mankins Nissan Dealership
It was hard to contact the service department.  If you called the main number and asked for the service department, no one ever answered the phone.  Very irritating.  When I went over and actually talked with the Service Department they were very apologetic and got me right in.  They gave me their business card with the direct number so that I can contact them without going through their receptionist.

I bought a car from them and about three weeks after my tires blew and they replaced three that blew for only 250.00 and they apologized for the inconvenient and even gave me a free car wash! They were very professional!

They were very nice and they did the work in four days! They had to keep my car for awhile because I didn't have the money to pay at that time but the didn't charge a storage fee or anything! Going back to buy a car one day!

    Bridges Auto Repair
We started having some problems with our Yukon overheating in late March.  I took it to Bridges and they quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the radiator while replacing the thermostat and radiator cap.  The result ... not more over heating problems.
We've used Bridges for years and they always provide quick, cost effective and correct service.  We even carry our new under warranty vehicles to them sometimes.  If the dealer isn't able to quickly and competently repair the problem, Bridges is almost always able to fix it quickly and cheaply.

I contacted them regarding a problem with my brakes, where they seemed to be skipping as I applied pressure at low speeds. The guys at Summerfield were immediately concerned about safety and over the phone asked questions to make sure I was not in danger of loosing braking power. I took the vehicle in on a Saturday morning. They called me to give me several options of how to solve the issue: 1) resurface the rotors for about $200; 2) replace the rotors for about $500. They explained that since I had the rotors tuned already a couple of times, that the problem would probably return sooner or later since the rotors were getting "thin." Based on this, and the fact that my child rides in that vehicle every day, I decided to go ahead and replace the rotors. I don't know if that was the right decision, but I trust these guys (haven't done me wrong so far). Nice bonus was that they had my vehicle cleaned inside and out very thoroughly as a "thank you" for being a customer; I really appreciated that. I would recommend these guys.

He said that he would have it fixed by the end of the day and before he closed he called me to pick it! And it's been running great!
