    I sincerely, DON'T recommend Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling at all. This is my second winter using portable heaters and risking my house with a fire. They not only took my money, they also put my health at risk from the air I was breathing coming out of their unit. Their solution was only more sales after sales. They never intended to fix the problem with the mold found inside the unit and now is spreading all in my crawlspace. Mike and Shannon (employees of bud Anderson) told me that ALL THEIR UNITS ARE OPEN because they need to breath AND will GROW MOLD. This information was giving to me after I have signed their contract for 12 years. When I asked for my money back I was brushed off by their lawyer's letter that I received the beginning of 2017. They do 400 - 600 installations a year and this is how many people are at risk with the mold that grows inside their units and customers might not know the air that they are breathing since Bud Anderson carry all the cleaning mold removal products in their vans. This company is not honest in any angle of the word honest. Their lack of training and lies only shows how horrible and greedy they are. All what I'm going through, their license should be revoke, because the air a was breathing causes emphazyma and this company knew what I was breathing and they didn't do anything about it. This company don't care about your health, as long as they can keep your money is all it matters for them! A lawsuit its been filed on January 16th, 2018 and is a public file.

    I called on Monday afternoon and they were there Tuesday before 9:00am. Travis was the technician and he was amazing. We recently moved our business to this building and he was very patient and helpful in tracking down where all of the units were and figuring out what was wrong with them. He fixed the main one that was of concern and gave us a quote on fixing another one (that is less used). He had to go up to the roof more times then I can count, to figure out which units controlled what, and he never acted like he minded going up and down that ladder. Travis was very polite and explained everything to me so I could call and relay all of the info to my boss who works at another location.

    lOn Friday, June 20 my air conditioning system dropped off severely in output. I celled Paschal, who sent a technician out within two hours. After checking the system and finding a restriction that caused internal pressures to fluctuate, the problem was diagnosed as a plugged expansion valve, which was replaced resulting in no improvement. The problem is beginning to look more complex than it had originally appeared. The technician called his supervisor to get another opinion as many problems can result in these symptoms. After several hours of tests and inspections, it was discovered that insulation had fallen into the electronic air cleaning system and severely restricted air flow. The offending material was removed and problem resolved. The company would accept no compensation beyond the original service call as they said I had been through enough stress and they wanted me to be comfortable and happy.
    I highly recommend Paschal as there are very few service companies these days that admit mistakes and correct them without exorbitant labor charges.

    First winter event in the area, and my heat decided to go out. I called and was told someone would be available that morning. The technician called me within the hour to let me know he was on his way. He determined that the circuit board was bad, so he had to go get the part. I was very impressed with his timing and responsiveness considering that the roads were slick due to snow/ice. He was very professional, and explained everything to me as he went. Would definitely use them again.

    My a/c unit started to act up over heating and turning off during the hottest hours of the day. So I called and set up an appointment to have it service and to see what my options were. The service department at Bud Anderson were great! They got me on the schedule right away, understanding of the importance of my time in needing to get this problem fixed. We they came out to determine the problem that my current unit was having, they were very professional and friendly. I was walked through some of the options that I could do to have the problem corrected, it was a older unit and that the hot spell we were going through was causing extra strain on the compressor (a major component) . I came to the decision to replace the unit, due to the age of the unit and the problems it was having. The replacement of the unit went smoothly and promptly, couldn't have asked for a better job! I will definitely recommend and use Bud Anderson again!

    It was reasonably priced.  They are close by.  They are punctual.  They come right back if you have questions or you feel something may need to be tweak, something like that.  They stand behind their work.

    I used them because of my home warranty. They always show up in a timely fashion. They pretty much go with what the home warranty charges. They are ripping me off on the freon prices big time. They charged me $48 for a pound of freon and I needed 12 pounds. I told them I wasn't going to pay it. When I called them back and asked how my air conditioning was going to be fixed, they dropped the price to $40 a pound. The highest rate I found was $30 a pound. My opinion is that they are going to scam you on something because they are set on price with the home warranty company. They are not ethical. The air conditioner is not fixed yet. We have 3 air conditioners in our house and this is the one in the main room of the house. The service fee through the home warranty company is $75. The air conditioner needs a new coil and they say I need 12 pounds of freon. The quality of their work is just average. Their responsiveness is pretty good. I won't use them again unless I have to.

    They are on time and are here when they say they will be. The technicians seem to be friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I am satisfied with the service. I have not done a lot of shopping around, but their price seems reasonable.

    The estimator came out and diagramed the work to be done and gave the price. When the teck arrived he had no clue as to the work to be done nor had the parts to repair. After that was cleared up work was not completed as estimated and after complaints ( left on machine) no response. I willnot recommend.
