    Ive had multiple cars fixed at this location only to have poor short and long term quality. I always find corners cut or never straight forward honesty. The cars have never been done on time or correctly. Unfortunately I didnt learn from the 9 times ive used them for different cars. "Note to owner 2-3 may only be listed under name" regardless 1 to many. Learn from my mistake and find a body shop that will work for the customer and learn to acutually be honest and transparent to help them have the best experience. They will always side with the insurance so they can get you in and out like a conveyor belt. Find one that will take the time to listen and do what is needed to be done. Simple.

    Car was ready when promised and looked brand new. Nice part was I did not have to call them for follow up; they called me that they had it ready---earlier in the day than anticipated. I would definitely hire them again!

    Going to an auto body shop for repair is a bit like going to a dentist for a sore tooth--you'd rather not, but if you must, then you want quick, competent, professional, and painless. I am extremely pleased with the experience I had. The man who reviewed the damage and did the estimate was easy to work with, informative, and helpful. The work was completed as promised, and I can't tell that anything ever had to be done. In process, they found damage that wasn't immediately evident and fixed that too. I give them absolutely highest marks.

    I feel like I won the lottery by choosing them to fix my car! I had heard they do great work, but I must say, I was blown away. From the professionalism to the quality work, you shouldn't even have to think about getting an estimate anywhere else! Oh, and they told me it would take about a week and on the third day I got a call that it was finished. Merry Christmas to me! Thank you Country Club Auto.

    I was driving East on I-70 36 miles East of the Colorado border, in Kansas. The engine stopped instantly and would not start. I called my Roadside assistance insurer and asked them to send a tow-truck, which they did. A local towing company from Colby, KS, arrived and loaded my car (92 Camry) and took me to Colby. My car was unloaded at the only repair shop in Colby that might be able to get me back on the road quickly, P&D Auto Repair. Since it was Sunday, I had to find a motel and wait until Monday morning to talk to the mechanic. Monday morning I arrived at P&D shortly after 10:00 AM. (there are no taxi services in Colby) A community transportation bus provides the only public transportation, by appointment. The shop was closed while the staff was out for coffee. I had talked to someone at P&D earlier, by phone, and they told me that they were very busy, and might not be able to work on my car until later in the week. I explained that I needed to be traveling and would have to find someone else, perhaps even having my car moved 90 miles to the Toyota dealer in Hays, Kansas. After the staff returned from coffee, the mechanic said that he would check the car. A few minutes later he returned and confirmed my suspicion about the timing belt. He then said that he could work on my car that afternoon! I said that when I talked to someone earlier they had told me "Thursday, at the earliest".\ The Mechanic said "they didn't know I had talked to you this morning". He assured me that he would start on it that afternoon (Monday). I asked him for an estimate of the cost, and after a few minutes he said "Five hundred forty five dollars", which was close enough to a reasonable cost that I told him to go ahead and I returned to the motel. About 6:00 PM he called me on my cel phone and told me that my car was ready to go! I was amazed, but since I didn't want to drive at night, I told him that I would pick up my car the next morning. (Tuesday) I had expected that the car would not be repaired until some time Tuesday, and was prepared to stay in Colby Tuesday night. I arrived at P&D shortly after 8:00 AM and was greeted by the Mechanic who had given me the estimate and had done the repair work. I wondered what the final bill would be, since I was certain it would be higher than the estimate. I was prepared to pay up to $600, but no more than that. I learned that the Mechanic I talked to was the new Owner of the business, having just bought it from the previous owner who was retiring. He presented me with a neatly printed invoice that listed all the parts and labor for the repair. THE TOTAL BILL WAS $545.04!! He explained in detail what caused the problem and answered all my questions. I was amazed and impressed that a small repair shop in a small town in Kansas, went above and beyond to provide me with expedited service and made no attempt to take advantage of a customer they might never see again. Outstanding service like that is rare these days!

    This was one of the network shops for our insurance company and since we had no prior experience with body shops in our area, we went with them. They communicated with us throughout the process and completed the work ahead of schedule and it's beautiful. We paid our deductible of $500 and I have nothing to compare the final price with, so cannot comment on that. But based on their professionalism, friendliness and promptness, I would use them again.

    My first impression of the shop was excellent, from the owner/operator to the person sitting at the reception desk.  When it came to the nuts-and-bolts communication, I didn't get a call during the day that the car was expected to be finished, despite asking for an update the day before.  I also didn't get a call the following day, but the car was ready when I called.  As a bonus, they vacuumed and washed the car.  I drove away as a very happy customer!

    Best Collision is AWESOME!  We have used them many times (sorry to say) for our daughter's car that happens to be  a little accident prone.  They always have the best service.  They will drop her off at work and help facilitate getting the repairs done as quickly as possible.  Kevin and his crew are really the BEST.

    Since I was dealing with the other party's insurance company (he hit my parked car), they directed me to Collision Connection for the estimate. I could have chosen to take the estimate anywhere I wanted to get the work completed, but I was impressed enough by what I saw to keep the car there and have them do the work. I'm very happy I did. The work was done much more quickly than I guessed it would be, and the quality was first rate. The price was driven up by the cost of Prius parts, and because I had no incentive to cut corners (the bill was being paid by someone else's insurance); as a result, I'm not sure if I could have gotten the work done any cheaper. All said, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop.

    I had rust damage only drivers side bar and had them removed, company only charged 27 dollars for the work since it took just 30 mins. Good honest company, will use again!
