Excellent....came on the same day of request and was able to come 90 minutes earlier. This was a big help because the water was running at a high flow... it had been running for at least 3 hours..😳😳😳 He was very professional and wore a mask. Greatly appreciate the young lady that took my request for service,,, I think she heard the panic in my voice and could hear the water running. Lifesaver because they lowered my blood pressure 😳😂😂 I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family & friends. Thanks so much, 😊😊😊

5 Months ago my best friend told me she was getting married. I was happy for her. I was even happier for her when she said that I would not be subject to wearing a strapless dress made out of a terrible material. A month later, this size 18 curvy girl is buying a short purple strapless dress made out of....cotton sateen. I was boggled as to what I needed to do in terms of the kinds of alterations I would need to have done to ensure that this morning church wedding didn't turn inappropriate. At the time I was working at a Plus Size clothing store. Several of my customers told me that I needed to enlist the help of Margaret and Sheila at Sew Perfect Alterations. I had heard of the business as they had been around for as long as I have been alive and several girls from High School had used them for prom alterations sooooo many years ago. I had already called around to several other places to get time and cost estimates and was very discouraged when I realized no one wanted to mess with this fabric as it can be very unforgiving. A day or two later I call Sew Perfect....twice...and spoke with both Margaret and Sheila. Each time they listed to me explain what the dress looked like, what my concerns were regarding the dress and the areas of my body that I wanted to either highlight or not highlight. They basically talked me off the ledge and helped me become more comfortable with the dress. When I asked how long It would take to alter, I was given an estimate of 3 weeks since it was a lined formal and the dress would be altered during a high volume time for them (Prom!!). I ordered my dress and when it came in I was almost 40lbs lighter and my dress was at least a size too big with the potential of it becoming even bigger as the wedding day approached. I called Sew Perfect to find out how I needed to approach this situation. Seing as the wedding is in May, they advised me to bring my dress in the first week of May. This would allow them the 2 weeks (I was happy to hear it wouldn't take 3) they would need to alter the dress and accommodate the ongoing weight loss I am experiencing. So in 3 weeks time I will be taking my business to Sew Perfection and will gladly post a follow up review regarding the work because their customer service thus far has been AMAZING! That combined with their speediness and reasonable prices...I'll be using their business exclusively. As a small business owner myself, it pains me to see good businesses getting a bad wrap by customers who have never actually used the business or service. Margaret and Sheila have been amazing and answered all of my crazy questions, taken the time (several times) to talk with me regarding a plan of action for the alterations and assured me several times that they would be able to meet the deadline for the wedding. Not once have I had to leave a message and not once have I had to have them call me back. Overall I am happy with my experience thus far and am confident that they will be able to make this whole bridesmaid dress thing work for me and for the bride.

They have a very professional alterations lady. She used to work in one of the larger chain stores, department stores rather. It is hard to find a hard alterations place in the city of Little Rock. They are very good, they have an excellent seamstress there. There was a problem with my skirt, you could see but they didnt go all the way up. They just told me to bring it back in. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lady took only 3 minutes or so to pin up back of the suitcoats. She took my phone number and estimated they d be done ins week. They might have been but I didn t get a call. When I called about 10-12 days later, they were done and looked great.

I dropped it off on Friday and picked it up before noon on Saturday.  She removed the buttons, hemmed the sleeves, and replaced the buttons.  I originally thought the price was a little high but the finished product was great and very fast.  I will use this provider again.

Mr. Calvin and his team greet you with a friendly smile and hello.  They promptly receive your garments, give you a claim check and usually within 7 days, your garment is perfect!

The person that did the pinning was very sweet and nice. Their price was very reasonable. They took out the thread from the bottom of the jeans and used it to re-stitch it so that it looked like original. They said that it would take a week, but it was done in 3 days.

Brought in the shirt. (I beleive it was Ann the owner) said no problem. Five dollars. I filled in the ticket, asked again, are you sure, five dollars. Her eyes lit up.....she said, oh really fifteen dollars, and giggled! That was about the price I expected! She said same day next week. Picked it up today, and you cannot tell the difference in the stitching on a Chico's shirt, or the beautiful work from Ann's!

Paid the $20 up front, came back a week later to pick it up and it was done perfectly. No hesitation to go back to Sew Perfect for alteration needs!

They have decorated the whole house. I have learned a lot. You get good furniture. They are higher priced. It is good furniture so it is not cheap. It is not cheaply made so you are going to pay for it. I did have one bad experience there. The sales person took better care of me. I had bought a rug that is beautiful but, it sheds terrible. It them about 2 months because I had to talk to the headquarter guy. I had to send emails and send in pictures. At first he denied it. The only reason why I stuck with them is she had such great customer service. She came right over and saw how badly it had shed. She called the headquarters and said "this is really bad, this is not how our rug is supposed to look." That is when they switched it out. At first I was going back and forth with headquarters. I was not going to shop there anymore if they are not going to take care of me. She redeemed the situation by taking care of me personally. They furnished my old house and now they are furnishing my new house.
