    I would HIGHLY recommend Casa Blanca for all of your countertop needs. There are hundreds of countertop shops, but what sets Casa Blanca apart from the rest is their customer service. When I got my countertops, they were down a worker. It took a little longer than expected and we had some issues throughout the process which left me a little displeased. But Salvador, the owner, apologized to me for all of the inconvenience and gave me my countertops FREE OF CHARGE. I have nothing but respect for this man and his character to put the customer first. We are extremely pleased with how the countertops turned out, but am left speechless with the customer service. I will never use another shop for any of my future countertop needs, because I know I can trust that Casa Blanca will follow through with spectacular business.

    Susan and Charles Johnson provided excellent advice and suggestions for remodeling my kitchen at our very first meeting. Susan was very helpful with design ideas and choosing new cabinet facing, appliances, tile, granite, and hardware. They were graciously willing to adjust to my timetable and my three noisy dogs.

    Once the work began, their crew was always prompt, professional, highly skilled, and very attentive to detail. They worked very hard all day and cleaned up the area at the end of the day (a very unexpected and pleasant surprise). Susan and Charles consulted with me throughout the process to ensure my satisfaction. The kitchen remodel took approximately 4 weeks, a very short time considering the amount of work done and the dreadful icy weather.

    I am delighted with my new kitchen and give Kitchen Tune Up my highest recommendation.

    Darrell Williams, the owner, answered the phone when I called and was available to meet me for an estimate at my convenience (which was Friday at 4:00 pm).  We then discussed granite options over the phone, he texted several photos of the stone and when we met he arrived with samples.  Darrell and I discussed the scope of the project (which covers two different kitchen areas) and he walked me through some of the installation critical points his crew would be dealing with.  During his visit to the house we decided on the material and proceeded with an estimate.  After taking measurements in both locations we wanted countertops and confirming several other details Darrell provided a quote in about 30 minutes. 
    The quote included tear out and haul off of the old countertops, backsplash, sinks, etc; removal and installation of the cooktop and sinks (although I was going to get the sink installed by others), installation of new countertops and new backsplashes. Total project is 25 linear feet of granite countertops (L-shaped in one location) with backsplash, to be completed in one day.
    As promised the crew showed up on time and began the project. As with any remodel there was a development once the tear out of the old countertops was completed resulting in the need for a taller, non-standard backsplash. Darrell took this development in stride, offered a couple of solutions and finished up the project the next day with no mention of added cost, in fact he apologized for any inconvenience - very professional. 
    I am completely satisfied and very pleased with the result; Darrell's crew paid attention to details, was very considerate and worked efficiently to finish the job.

    When you get to Triton you are greeted in the showroom.  They have tile, sinks and backsplash materials on display.  In the warehouse someone named Phil walked us around and told us everything we needed to know about the process of getting countertops and how to take good care of them.   It was difficult at first because they are a wholesaler so they wont give you a sqft price, but they will give you a range of low, medium and high that was helpful once my fabricator told me the price ranges.  Other than that I loved my experience.  Triton Stone is a massive warehouse and picking out stone was so overwhelming, but thankfully, the guy we worked with was the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. He was able to keep us focussed and calm.  I would definitely recommend Triton Stone.

    Casa Blanca Granite did an excellent job.  They helped us choose the granite from the distributor, and they provided a price that was nearly 26% less than other companies.  We saved quite a lot by choosing Casa Blanca, based on the quotes we received from other local companies for exactly the same granite.  The owner personally inspected the finished product and was available during the measuring to make sure the granite would be cut correctly.  We were very pleased and impressed with the service.

    The bathroom countertop was replaced and the work completed in a timely and quality manner.
    The person(s) supposedly scheduled to be at an appointment did not show up by the agreed times on several occasions.  This was for appointments to review estimates and contracts as well as demo day to tear out old countertops and to build the templates for the new countertops.  The day of installation rolled around and an hour after the supposedly confirmed time from 3 days b/4 no one had shown nor called.  I began to call and had been firm with the person who answered that I needed to know when someone was going to show up.  A call back from the A1 scheduler turned into a diatribe about how we were the worst customers she and her employees had ever had and actually threatened to not complete the job.  I told her she needed to get the installers out and do the job as agreed to.  I agreed with her that as soon as it was completed satisfactory the balance would be given to the installers.  She called back a few minutes later and said the installers were a few minutes away and said that I better not harass them.  The installers showed up and did their work well and in fact we chatted amicably during the time they were there. 
    We had some friends who had used them for an installation about a year earlier and had a similar experience with the scheduler as well.  And, had been told he was one of the worst customers they had ever had, too.
    I have learned to heed the experiences related to me by friends in the future.

    Everything went extremely well. The owner and the employees were professional, friendly and helpful. Product was as described and delivered on schedule. The installed unit looks very nice and stylish and was worth the monies spent. Everyone was straight forward and will take good care of you when you do business with them. Thanks!

    Extremely pleasant and helpful sales and office staff that helped in the selection of the granite slabs (and remnants for the vanities). They were very flexible with the installation date (that got delayed several times due to construction delays) and the installation was done very efficiently. For the large surface areas, they did a very nice job of matching granite slabs so that the seams are barely visible. Would highly recommend!
