    Stewart Family Floors LLC
The project was performed exactly how it was planned out from start to finish. The professional manner of the timing & Customer Service was beyond my expectations . I would recommend the Stewart Floor company to anyone Remodeling their Wood Floors in a Heartbeat.

    Akel's Carpet One
I am just going to state facts: no opinions, just facts: 1. The original flooring was said to have a guarantee, as was confirmed by the salesman on multiple occasions. Later the Sales Manager tried to say that the guarantee did not cover incorrect installations. 2. The original estimate for the stairway work was 4 days. Actual time was 9 days. 3. The original estimate for the flooring replacement was 14 days. Actual time was 24 days. 4. The flooring was clearly not correct at time of installation. This was agreed to by the installation manager, and a second installer, as well as a third party who measured the floor and found it 4x out of the required level. The Sales Manager however said we should be "proud" to have it, and would not reinstall until legal action was threatened. 5. The Sales Manager said that everyone else who had said the floor was wrong was lying (even the ones who worked for him). 6. The Sales Manager said that "no floor can actually be installed to specification." 7. When we finally did get them to reinstall, it was quoted as a four-day job. Actual time was 17 days. 8. Total project was quoted as two weeks end-to-end; actual time was 9.5 months. (This is not an exaggeration. Had we gotten pregnant at the time this project started, we would have had the baby before our flooring installation was completed.) 9. Every installer was late. On every single day. One week they claimed to have "worked hard all week", but my security system logged only 4.5 hours of total work. 10. Most of the work is done by high school kids on a school-work program. The installer is really only 'overseeing' and training them. This was the case for both installers we used. In conclusion (opinion time): this was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor--and I do project management for a living. They are either totally incompetent or completely unethical--or both. Avoid them like the plague.

    Arnold's Flooring America
I dropped by the showroom and Chris Clevidence went above and beyond to show me samples, provide expertise and offered the best price of four other stores. The turn around time was amazing and we had carpet installed within ten days. The installers were professional and did an outstanding job. The customer service was top notch and Arnold's will be our go to for flooring from now on.

Petr did an excellent job. He asked questions and made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the work done. He is a perfectionist with tile installation. I plan to hire him to put down either hardwood or bamboo in the living/dining room and hallway.

    TIG Flooring USA
Awesome, I ordered the wood, they installed. Started off with a very professional quote. They kept me up to date with all activities, I felt safe leaving the house while they where working. Excellent floors. The workers very friendly and focused on getting the job done. Minor dings and dongs covered with a discount for my painter to fix.

    TIG Flooring USA
I don't give reviews often, but felt the need to share our excellent experience. We were referred to TIG by a friend. Thiago and Sarah came by immediately to introduce themselves and take measurements. They were both extremely friendly and went out of their way to comfort us after the disaster. Sarah offered to give us children's books for our new nursery! Thiago was very helpful throughout the process. I had a ton of dumb questions that Thiago patiently and thoughtfully answered as we were picking out floors. We ended up going with a Shaw luxury vinyl plank for most of the home and Shaw carpet for the bedrooms. We love our new floors and appreciate the eye that TIG had for quality, even in the small details. We had a lot of teams in our home working on various aspects of the restoration. TIG's crew was by far the most friendly and respectful. Thiago is definitely a man of character and it was refreshing to be able to trust him to get the job done well. We'll be recommending them to anyone we meet who has flooring needs.

Jake and his assistant were very professional. I couldn't envision the outcome as beautifully as it turned out. Jake was thorough. He is a skilled craftsman and did the job in a timely manner. They also cleaned up after themselves.

    TIG Flooring USA
I would recommend TIG flooring for hardwood installation. I wasn't sure what kind of flooring or what color would look best in my home, and Thiago had a lot of good advice and presented a lot of options. I ended up settling on an option that was less expensive than my first choice, and it looks wonderful! TIG makes hardwood installation affordable by offering a variety of hardwoods, engineered hardwoods and laminate flooring options. You should give them a call!

    Get-ER-Done Handyman Services
It went wonderful (I had them come on 3 occasions so far). He might be just a little bit higher priced but his work is perfect. I will keep calling him, next I think I am going to have him screen in my porch, and then install my whole home generator. They do great work. I would highly recommend. He also takes the time to answer any questions (very knowledgeable) and works to help me keep the cost down. Also they are very trustworthy (Eddy and his team). The last time I gave him a list and they tackled it all, plus a few more things that I remembered while they were working.

It went very well. He came out for an estimate the day I called and broke down each quote. He was professional and explained in detail what options we had. He had my new floors installed within 5 days from when I first called. This was a huge help due to the hurry we were in.
