    Unlimited Mobile Wash
Joe Frazier and his crew of four arrived promptly, received instructions, and worked diligently for over eight hours, pressure cleaning the vinyl siding and brick exterior of my house, large deck, and fences that had not been pressure cleaned since being built beside large oaks in 1991. Their work was meticulous and they were very considerate. They moved many flower pots, racks, all movable outdoor furniture, and the grill to clean the entire floor of the deck, replacing everything when their work was completed. The concrete looked freshly-poured, without stains. The siding and fences looked new. I don't know comparable prices for similar challenging jobs, but what I paid (about $31 per person per hour) was certainly less than the cost of a new paint job. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. In the future, I'll call Mr. Frazier annually for inexpensive touch-up pressure washing to prevent the pollen and mold from taking over again.

    Get-ER-Done Handyman Services
It went great UNTIL it didn't. They came and built a screen porch I was happy with. Then almost a year later, a neighbor's tree dropped a limb on the roof. A friend who is in construction visited and told me the bad news: the whole deck and porch, except for a few braces, are built with UNTREATED LUMBER. I called two contractors, who came out separately and both confirmed it was primarily untreated lumber and advised me I needed to tear the whole thing down and rebuild it. They both pointed out that dry rot was already setting in. After spending $10,000 on a screen porch, I am not at all pleased. Worse, I recommended them to a friend who had them build a deck, and he is having the same problem. Had that limb not fallen, I would have not have had any idea. I am extremely sorry I ever met them. They did handyman work inside my house first, and they did a good job. But cutting costs by using untreated lumber, without giving me that information and the choice of spending the extra $1500, and leaving me with a porch that must be replaced within a couple more years--well, I think they either didn't understand the consequences or they intentionally cut corners realizing I wouldn't by sight be able to tell treated from untreated just by looking at it. There were other issues--flooring nails completely missing the supports, wood ground-to-deck supports not footed in concrete, nails when there should have been screws, 4x4s used when 6x6s are standard, trellis patched together that warped and came apart, cheap plastic screen stretched top-to-bottom rather than being framed in, and an opening between the underfloor of the deck and a small concrete porch that allowed ingress to a possum to crawl up in there and die. Maybe I should call them or sue them, but I'm just going to mark it up to the one bad job I've ever been stuck with. A lot of money, down the drain.

    RENEW CREW of CENTRAL ARKANSAS
It was a pleasure to work with Jack and Renew Crew. Our deck looks brand new and we love the natural stain color. The quote was very fair for the amount of working that needed to be done. Jack followed up to confirm we were please with the work and encouraged us to call if we found any issues. We will definitely use Renew Crew of Central Arkansas again.

    Lewis & Company Construction
This is the fourth time we've worked with James and Mike and as usual their work and professionalism was top notch. All jobs were done well and any issues that arose were caught and corrected ASAP. Communication was good despite them being exceptionally busy and as usual Mike followed-up at the end of the job and came by to inspect everything.

    Entech Home Improvement Services
Fantastic! They were very professional and customer service oriented. Now, I have the nicest looking good deck in the neighborhood and I had received compliment from my neighbors about how beautiful my deck is. The Builder name is Mark Cobb.

    Get-ER-Done Handyman Services
Eddy Higgins and his crew at Get Er Done are capable, fast, dependable, and pleasant to work with. They first came in to install wall tile around a new free-standing tub that was already in place. So it was a difficult job because of the obstacle since the new tub had plumbing installed and could not be moved. They finished in about four hours and the job was immaculate, and the price was more than fair. They then hung shelves, upgraded light fixtures, added safety bars, and generally just finished off my entire honey-do list, with no honey required. Again, the work was perfect and quick, and the price was excellent. Then I had them bid on new construction of a 14' x 20' screen porch about five feet off the ground, with lights, ceiling fans, electric receptacles, a roof connected to my house, outdoor lighting, new guttering, pet doors, renovated steps into the garage, and a large apron deck outside the screened area for the grill etc. The bid was, again, more than fair, and they (again) knocked it out in no time flat, just exactly as I had specified. During the job, they painted my wrought iron outdoor furniture, waterproofed my rattan porch furniture, watersealed the decking, and treated the tall steps from the porch to the yard with slip-proof coating. In addition to great skills and an amazing work ethic, Eddy has enormous patience and will listen and make sure he understand just what you want. If one of my ideas was impractical, he explained to me why, and helped me decide a different way to get what I wanted. He and his family members work as a crew, and they communicate very easily among themselves. They are polite and professional, and they really clean up at the end of a job. They come when they say they will and do what they promise to do. They bought high quality materials for the porch. I will be booking them again when the time comes to paint the interior of my house in the next few months.

    Custom Deckworks
PERFECT! Periodically I get lucky and fine "Just the right person for the job!" Chris Peterson and his associates were just that! And my wife and I could not be happier or more pleased with the results! To describe the folks from Custom Deckworks would require more descriptive adjectives than the dictionary holds. Sufice it to say they were Polite AND Courteous, Efficient AND Professional, Expeditious and Fast WITHOUT being sloppy. Overall I must say they were the VERY FINEST examples of the true Professional Builder I've ever met in my 71 years while being EXPERTS in Human Relations! I highly recommend Custom Deckworks to one and all for jobs large or small! Take the time to meet with Chris and the guys. You'll be glad you did!

    A State Handymen Inc
We have been very satisfied with our experience with A State Handymen. We have used them on several projects now, ranging from small (crown moulding install) to large (knocking out a wall, tiling kitchen, painting multiple rooms) and have been pleased with the quality of their work every time. Their crews are polite, timely and get their work done quickly and efficiently. Pricing has been very reasonable for the caliber of work. We have recommended them to several friends who have reported similar positive experiences. We will definitely be using them again in the future for any other home projects that come up.
