I had a great experience with J&J Flooring, I'm very happy with my new floor.
Before removing the old tiles they hung plastic sheets over my cabinets & counters and around the kitchen perimeter where it opened onto the dining/living room area to minimize dust. They laid sheets throughout so as not to track dirt. They also laid sheets under the appliances that were moved. After removing all the debris, they leveled the subfloor and installed the tile membrane. They took care to minimize the dust creep and cleaned up at the end of each day and at completion.
The tile installation came out beautiful. I was concerned that the doors wouldn't clear the new floor - they trimmed a bit off the closet door and adjusted the bottom of the entry door. I had a scheduling problem with my usual plumber. They referred me to someone who responded right away and who I subsequently used to hook up my new appliances. Also, there was a small height difference between the new tile floor and existing hardwood floor. I had purchased a thin section of oak to Provider name locked. in the transition which they installed for me.
The whole job took approximately three days. The price that was initially quoted to me was the price that I paid. I was very happy with the work and definitely recommend them.

Service was completed on 9/8/14. Mr. Provider name locked. claimed his work was guaranteed. In March 2015, I noticed one spot in my bathroom that I was able to peel the new grout color off the floor, I had also noticed a few small spots in the kitchen that had also come off. It is noticeable due to the color differences, always looks like there is something on the floor to pick up. I tried many different ways to contact Mr. Provider name locked. , phone calls, texts, emails and got no response from him. After several months of trying I decided to look more into the company so went on line and was able to speak to another person (in another state) that does the same type of work. He stated what needed to be done would only take about 20 minutes to fix. He thought he could make some contacts and get Mr. Provider name locked. to call me. Well he did, after I threatened to contact the BBB and everyone else I could to make sure no one else got the poor customer service I have. Since the initial phone call there has been many excuses, postponements, etc. So 8 months since the initial call I am still waiting for resolution. I even asked if there was a "repair kit" that I could fix it my self. So, far all I've got is a lot of promises and nothing to show for them. Will never recommend this company!!!
