FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

FMisleading website! (SCAM) "deal" On the website they have the "surprise" rent option which is "compact" or larger! To them it means the smallest and cheapest piece of junk/trash/garbage on the lot and it is the ONLY company in the market that counts economy as the same size as a compact! So DO NOT think its a deal! Then the piece of trash/garbage/junk had NO antenna so no RADIO as soon as you left town! In short AVOID this company at all cost!! Goto thrifty or avid where economy and vompact cars are two different classifications and two different sizes!

AORR TOYOTAI purchased a Toyota Avalon from ORR Toyota in July, 2011. The price was reasonable, the sales experience was good, the financing part was a bit weird because of some untruths one of the male office people stated about the type of credit reports used by their organization. But the car came with 2 years free service, which was to start when I got 5000 miles on the car.When the 5000 mile rolled onto the odometer, a light came on the dashboard "Required Service Due" and I called the Orr Toyota Service Department. They were able to get my car in that very day, perform the oil change and general engine/condition check, and even hand wash and vacuum the car in less than 40 minutes! When I picked up my car, the lady who gave me the receipt for the service visit (which was FREE!!!) even gave me a piece of chocolate!The service staff were pleasant and professional, and I dare say you won't find a better deal than Free anywhere!I would highly recommend dealing with Orr Toyota if only for the stellar service department!- Freda Kay R.

AEverett Buick GMCWe went on a Saturday night, and they didn't mind at all- but we made them stay a few minutes late because we were checking out used and new options. We realized that with such a great trade in value and with all the incentives, that getting a new vehicle was the way to go. We found a great SUV, got it at or under invoice with all the military pricing, then had cash bonuses, loyalty bonuses, etc etc, and ended up with a fantastic deal! We will definitely use this dealership again (but hope this vehicle lasts us a loooooong time.) The entire staff was wonderful to work with!- Adriane M.

ANORTH POINT MASDA NORTH POINT VOLKSWAGENThis is a dealership that does quite a bit of follow-up work with & for their customers. They charge fairly reasonable prices for their cars & offer some pretty good packages to ensure customer satisfaction. The facility itself is quite clean & the atmosphere is accommodating to the average customer.
