    Their pricing is a lot lower than mostly all the other HVAC companies in my area. They are very very professional, their work is reasonably priced. They explain exactly what they are doing and break it down so you understand. They are a really really good company. I wouldn't call anybody. They are God fearing men and that are the best type of men to work on your house.

    They were very helpful, informative, punctual, and always kept us abreast of how the problems were being solved. They got the new underground lines laid in a day and finished installing the new water lines into the new laundry room the following day. It was really a lot more to the job than we imagined but they also had a city inspector look at the work and sought advise from them about certain potential problem areas. We have been very pleased by the work. The inly reason we didnt award all "A's" is because they were to make a small box on the outside of the garage wall where the pipes came up out of the ground and attach it to the wall so the lines would be concealed and insulated from the north wind and winter temperatures. For some reason that was forgotten so my spouse insulated the lines and hopefully will figure out a way to attach a box over them to the wall. Otherwise, we were very happy!

    They came out promptly, disconnected the unit and the lines. They moved the pad and set the unit in the new pad location. They left and were supposed to return within a few days and reconnect the unit thru the wall and connect it up to the electrical and ac/heater exchange inside the wall and building and add any needed freon and such. Unfortunately they didnt return to reconnect the unit so we havent ever had the use of heating and ac. For some reason things just didnt get communicated via the office or something. We were overwhelmed with the concurrent construction of the garage and the rerouting of our plumbing (they did the plumbing rework and were excellent) and had a hospitalization so after repeated calls we just gave up. We received a bill and paid it; hoping they would return to finish (we included a note with the paid invoice) but no one ever returned to finish. It wasn't like them to overlook such an important part but something went awry.

    Mike Garner has been servicing my units for several years. Always been prompt and attentive. Performed complete replacement in about 6 hours (for each). Replaced with Heil system (N4H4 compressors and FEM4X air handler) about $5750 total for both units. Pleased with work done; comfortable with the value.

    My AC unit leaked so I checked Angie's List and saw that Bell was a top-rated company.  I called Mike Garner's cell phone.  He came to my within an hour, quickly determined the problem and blew out the line. He and his son are professional, courteous and take the time to listen and explain what is going on with the system.  They shared with me the steps I need to take to avoid the problem going forward.  I will use them from now on.

    Everything about Jeremy Wright was professional.  He came to work on our very old unit.  He told us how it would be to fix it and he also gave us options for a new unit.  We decided on the new unit.  His crew was on time and very professional.  
    In July of this year, our AC went out on a night during the heat wave.  I called him at 8:00 am.  He had someone out to fix it by noon.  It was even warranty work.  
    I cannot say enough good things about Wright's.

    I called for a repair of an air-conditioning unit. Contractor #1 came and repaired it. After the repair, the unit it broke down within a few days.
    I called American Home Shield to report the problem and recall the contractor to fix the job.
    Two days passed, did not hear from them.
    Called again, and contractor #2 was assigned to the job. Two days later he came and took out one of the three motors (there are three AC units in the basement). Well, it was not the right one, so for the next 36 hours we had two units down. Called AHS and they told us we will be contacted in 24-48 hours as per their rules. I contacted contractor #2 myself and he was kind enough to come back and put back the motor which was not the culprit. He could not take out the motor which was broken because he could not reach in the small space (he was too big for the space).
     I called again, just to find out that the contractor #1 will come over in 24-48 hours.
    Two weeks after the first call to American Home Shield the air-conditioning is not repaired yet. During this time I spent HOURS trying to call them (the waiting time is above 10-15 min) and have the problem resolved.
    Most of the answering service was disinterested in resolving the case, and one of the managers was really rude, abrupt and unfriendly.
    Of note: at this time in Arkansas there were 95-96 F outside and about 92F inside. For two weeks!
    I am going to cancel the contract with American Home Shield today. I can understand the inability to repair everything at light-speed and the scarcity of contractors, but the rudeness, disinterest and in your face lack of care for the client are unacceptable.
    I will give negative reports to all my friends and relatives and discourage anybody I know to hire American Home Shield.

    Work was performed as asked. Provider was very knowledgable on why several of my rooms would not cool or heat. I was unable to be there at the time of service. I called a few days later to question my bill and was given a breakdown of the charges. We discussed one of the charges and I was given a refund for $48.00. Provided stayed in contact with me until I received the refund.

    Installed riser on drain and inspected and pipes and air filter. Very quick and efficient. I offered him several refreshments and even Deep Woods OFF to protect from mosquito nests near outside unit. Was very gracious and declined, having brought everything he needed. Seemed incredibly trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to Angie Clients.
