    Sometimes I've had a bit of a wait, but I expect that at any doctor's or dentist's office. Never more than 30 min., usually about 10 min. Dr. Saitta has always been very friendly and seems very caring, asking about home, work, stress, how the meds are working, etc. The actual face time with him averages 20-45 min. depending on whether it's a routine visit or a specific problem. When I mentioned at one appointment that my back was bothering me a lot, he explained what was going on and asked if I wanted a cortisone shot. (I've had a couple of others he's given me to great relief). When I said something about my appointment being rather long already, he said if I wanted the shot then, we'd take as long as necessary. (I didn't want others to have a longer wait, so went back a couple of days later for the shot. Worked wonders.) No problem getting back in. He's been conscientious about asking how I'm doing and adjusting my meds if needed. I've recommended him to several people.

    I have seen him once so far. My brother in law has also seen him. He is excellent at helping you with foot problems and not recommending surgery. He is very thorough and I have appreciated him not rushing in to surgery. He will clearly explain what you need to know and is easy to talk to. It is very easy to schedule with the doctor even though he is pretty busy.

    The PT staff are very experienced and know what they are doing. They are friendly but professional. They also are compassionate, as I've observed them with several elderly patients who needed extra help. My treatment has really helped a lot. Everyone at FDC has always been very helpful, professional, and caring. All my doctors there are the best, in my opinion!

    I have lupus and My primary Dr referred me to him to treat it and the arthritis that comes with it. I have seen twice now and I do like him. His nurse is great. So far he has been knowledgable and easy to talk to. I don't know a lot about Lupus and he has very helpful in teaching me.

    He said that he checked my respiration and abdomen when he didn't.  I would be amazed if he even spent 5 minutes with me.  He didn't follow through with my preexisting medical problems.  He is very difficult to get in to see.

    I had to call his office numerous times before getting the let's wait and see answer. After voicing my concerns I received a letter canceling any and all future appointments without any reason listed in the letter. I called to find out why I had received this letter and was told, "I don't know why. I didn't write the letter." from the office manager. For an office manager she sure doesn't know what is going on in the clinic. I asked her to speak with Dr. Saitta to resolve this matter and never received a call back from either of them. The staff was rude and uncaring from the beginning. I thought that I would let that go if he was a great physician but I guess his staff follows in his example of atrocious patient care. There is no excuse for that behavior from staff or physicians even if they were to turn out to be the best. I don't know how he stays in business with the policies that he has. It could be that there are only two rheumatologist in town. It is sad that he truelly believes that he can be so rude and uncaring to patients just because of the shortages of rheumatologists.
