Excellent. Very very happy. Unfortunately they retired and sold their business. Hopefully the new owners will keep their standards as high as their predecessors.

Love the staff here. They're always helpful when we use the self wash stations, as well as gentle with my old pooch when he needs a cut and groom.

Excellent. They are really kind to him and just do an excellent job. I like it because I don't have to leave him there all day. They are the only ones I use for grooming my dog, and I have an appt. next week.

Did an excellent job on grooming the pomeranian. Best in this area. Folks are very friendly and professional. I had to leave them early and picked them after work. They took the dogsn bathroom breaks.

Jen is the one who owns it and she is fabulous.  I was referred to her by a lady in our church.  I've only taken my dog there twice.  I have a six month Yorkie.  Jen is great.  She is really patient because Yorkie's are super naughty.  The last time we went there, she nicked the dog's ear and she didn't know what to do to get the bleeding stopped.  The dog was actually in pain.  It did not leave a scar.  Jen told us about it, which is a big deal because we don't get that from everybody.  She charges $5 extra for the teeth.

I called to make an appt. Patti answered and said they had an opening at 3PM. When I brought my dog in I was very impressed with the facilities as well as the friendly personnel. I decided to do some shopping in the area, when I realized I left my cell phone at home. So I decided to stay close as they wouldn't be able to call me to tell me my dog was ready. While waiting, I saw the coming and going of about 7-8 dogs. Most of which were being bathed by their owners in the self-service wash tubs. I was able to see (mostly large dogs) bathed in a friendly atmosphere with everything being supplied by the business. (shampoo, brushes, towels, aprons, etc). A great idea! I'm looking forward to bringing Hudson back for his next bath. I highly recommend this business.

We have an 18 year old miniture poodle who has special needs - separation anxiety. They were willing to accomodate me; I was able to take the first appointment and stay with him while he was groomed. They did the grooming quickly to reduce the amount of stress on my dog. He turned out looking adorable. They have a good sensitivity to working with geriatric pets. After the haircut, they take a cute photo of your pet, which is above and beyond for a grooming place. The shop was very nicely decorated and clean. I was also able to buy a few treats that my dog likes.

    Dog Party USA
We LOVE Dog Party. We have 2 labs that we board together, about 3 times a year for 4 years now. The staff is really friendly and they treat our dogs like we do- like they're our kids. They love our dogs as much as we do. One day I realized that we call our dogs by their nicknames but we tell Dog Party and the vet their real names. I didn't want to leave the girls for a week without them hearing what we call them, so I told the staff at Dog Party and they call them their goofy nicknames now. We usually take their beds, blankets, and a toy. We always get them back. One of our dogs apparently has an attitude problem when we aren't around and we've had other places tell us she's tried to bite them, but we've never heard anything other than how good she is at Dog Party, and they know I worry about her being rude because of her past. They had us do a trial run before the first time we boarded them to make sure the dogs were "a good fit" when it came to the staff and group play. Dog Party is neat in that they have indoor and outdoor play areas, so your dog will get lots of supervised play time rather than spending its time in a cage. This is important to us since we usually take long trips and have to leave the girls for 5+ nights. When we're home, they spend their days outside and I can't imagine forcing them to be kenneled for a week. Once, I went to pick up the dogs and didn't recognize them because they were so dirty from playing outside. When they say your dog is going to play outside, they're not lying to you. They go straight to the play room when we drop them off, and they've always been in the playroom when we pick them up. Grooming is included in boarding. The dogs were dirty because I showed up a day early with about 10 minutes of advanced notice. They just didn't have a chance to get to the bathing before I wanted my dogs back. This is usually how it goes- I always show up early. And they always put a note on our account so we can come back at a later date and get the dogs washed, and they never charge us for the day that we'd scheduled but didn't use. Be aware that their vaccine requirements are more strict than what you usually would do, but they have that info posted on their website. They also look up your records when you book your boarding, so they let you know at that time what's missing and not the day you drop your dog off before you leave town. Again, we LOVE Dog Party!!
