FCOMET CLEANERSI have been going there for several years. Recently they ruined an expensive dress shirt for the second time. The shirt had only been worn a few times before. I check all of my clothes thoroughly before I drop them off to be cleaned because I am looking for any stains that may need to be marked and treated. When I got my shirt back there was a hole completely cut out about the size of a nickel. It took me weeks of aggravation and threatening them with my lawyer to get them to reimburse me for a replacement shirt. Then when I return to give them one more shot to keep my business, since they are the closest cleaners to me for miles, they start off by getting extremely rude and accuse me of putting the hole in my shirt!!! I will never do business with them again, and am very sorry that I ever did! Anyone that is considering taking their clothes there should strongly consider that I have said!- Stuart W.

FOZARK CLEANERS & LAUNDRYI have a handmade counted cross stitch Christmas stocking I took to be dry cleaned and pressed. I had over 100 hours of work in this thing!!! I went to get it one day after it should have been done and it was not done and told me to come back in a week because they were way too busy. I told them I needed it done and talked to the manager and she told me to come back after the weekend. It was done the second time but it is stained, wrinkled and the stitching is messed up and the out side is raveled out. They really messed up my piece of art!!!- Annette G.

FM'PRESSED CLEANERSOne of the worst business experiences I ever had. Ruined a jacket and did not inform me of the mistake. When I came to pick up my jacket the clerk plopped the jacket down and asked for the money. She made no mention of the jacket being messed up. I noticed the stains all over the jacket and said I would not pay for the service as the jacket was 20 times worse than when I brought it in. The owner was out of town and kept calling to see if I had left. After talking with the owner and hearing several excuses about the situation and how they have no liability I was still told I had to pay for the whole bill. I offered to pay a portion of the bill but refused to pay the entire bill. The owner showed no remorse and was very rude. He said if I did not pay the total bill they would call the police on me. I ended up paying for the jacket but am very upset. I do not think you should have to pay for an article of clothing that is ruined. Do not trust this cleaner as they have no customer service or respect for customers.- Kristal D.

FM'PRESSED CLEANERSThey ruined a new pair of slacks and refused to replace them. They shrunk the pants, probably by washing them in hot water which they weren't instructed to do, I had brought them in for dry cleaning only. They removed the cuff in the pant leg in order to cover up the fact they had shrunk the pants. When I returned the pants and asked for them to reimburse me the cost of replacing the pants, they got extremely defensive. They acted very unprofessional and rude. They wouldn't follow up with me on the issue, and when I called them back to find out what was going on, they were extremely rude, yelled at me, and refused to make any sort of compensation. They basically called me a liar. When I told them I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, one of the store managers threatened me with slander. They also claimed they have plenty of business and didn't seem the least bit concerned about losing customers for whatever reason. I also heard a first hand story of their delivery service with a commercial customer being very unreliable, damaging goods, and being rude and yelling at the customer in their place of business. Basically, these people are a bunch of ignorant hillbilly hicks that treat their customers very badly. I can't stress to you enough to NOT use them.- Evan H.
