    On my first visit I waited two hours past my appointment time before I got to see a nurse. A nurse mind you, not the doctor. I then was passed on to another nurse for an interview. When I expressed my displeasure to the nurse (Sharon) she was less than professional in her response and told me it was business as usual at that practice Her response or lack of one made the visit uncomfortable. I'd say it was three hours past my appointment time before I actually saw the doctor. The doctor diagnosed me quickly and told me about a procedure that needed to be done.
    The turn around time for every appointment I made was thirty days. This office prescribes narcotics and a full waiting room of patients waiting to get in.
    I asked for my second appointment  to be early to try not to have the ridiculous wait time I'd had on my first visit. As scheduled, I was taken to the back at 8:15AM. I was placed on a table and prepped for the procedure by two very nice nurses. I was told we were just waiting for the doctor. Around 8:30AM the doctor called and said he would not be in until 9:30AM. I left the patient room and requested another appointment, which was made for another thirty plus days away.
    Meanwhile I have been dealing with the pain that I presented.
    I emailed the doctor via his website and requested an appointment in a timely manner. No response. I emailed again. No response.
    Clearly Dr Abraham runs an unprofessional office, but I'd also say that he clearly doesn't care about taking care of his patients or even communicating to them on a professional manner.
    I would stay away. There are plenty other pain management practices you can go to.

    Excellent! He is great dentist and it is a great practice. He is excellent. I like what they do, have interact with me, seems to be up to date, and knowledgeable in the latest techniques. He is good. His office staff is friendly, they call with reminders for your appointment, they follow you up to see if you have any problems or some sort of procedure because this was not the first time I have used him. They seem to have the latest equipment. I do not say anything all in one down. He is a young doctor, explains things to you, gives you options, and cannot ask for better interaction with the doctor. I had recommended them.

    This was at the Albert Pike Walmart not Central Ave. The opthamologist was rude, impatient and didn't want to take time for questions. His name was Dr. Smith. On the other hand the receptionist and optician were polite and patient and helpful. Dr. Smith should not be at a Walmart vision center.

    Dr. Mason and his assistant gave me a full exam and removed tissue from a couple of areas that were suspicious and sent those off for review. The process was not painful and the staff was efficient, friendly and caring. The office was a busy one, yet I had to wait only a few minutes for my appointment. I was very pleased by the prompt service and followup. Excellent experience.

    Best Nurse Ms. Farmer; very professional , friendly, caring, gentle, concerned; she was on days.  But a short fat nurse on nights wore strong perfume that I told her I was allergic to & stay far from me because I was wheeizing, but she deliberately kept leaning over me and standing there watching me and refused to  back up, that night my throat and lungs swelled with phlym and fluid was choking me from the alllergic reaction, I nearly died that night.  For 2 1/2 hrs. I was scared to death by not being able to get air through my nose or lungs, she wouldn't move away and I got worse until finally my husband was summoned by security, my husband had my allergy and breathing meds in my purse, once he gave them to me and forced that little fat nurse out and told her to stay away from me with that perfume that was reaking from her, my lungs started clearing out the fluids.  She got made, but I lived. Next morning Nurse- Ms. Farmer came and set thing straight with that "death" nurse and got me stablized. All the other staff was ok, but the other lady in the next room who also had that nurse that night DIED !  It could have been me if my husband had not come and recued me.  She still did not take allergies as serious, she acted like I was making up lies, but people don't believe that respitory problems arise because of fragrance chemicals, not just cleaning chemicals, or meds. PerFUME, and after shave, and scented deodorants, room fresheners, etc. make the environment deadly for some people... I refuse to go back into a hospital who allows the staff to wear fragrance for pleasure that can cause death to kids and patients. By the way, until this incidence National Park Medical Center was only hospital I would even visit and have had about 4-6 procedures done here, and was my favorite one, but that was before I ran into the nighttime "scented death" nurse.  But do remember that one Nurse there is EXCELLENT, Ms. Farmer.

    As a new patient, I expected to meet him with him before the exam and discuss everything. Imagine my surprise when I was taken into the examining room told by the nurse to remove clothing from waist up and put gown on open down the front, it didn't fit, exposing my whole chest area, I asked if they had a larger gown and of course no they didn't, so as I am standing there trying to hold gown unsuccessfully over breasts, he walks in with nurse behind him takes two steps and exclaims, "my god, you're huge". I replied, yes, I know, that's why I am here. We proceeded to the exam and I asked him that since he didn't consider me a good surgical risk, and since I would be already under anesthesia, could he fix my hooded eyes. He said no, I don't do two procedures at one time, I asked him why, his response was, "because I make less money". I responded, even if I paid for it and he kind of laughed and smirked, It was then and there I decided he ran a "chop shop" and would have no part of it. They took pictures and submitted to insurance which was denied. I also learned from his notes that he stated I was not going to have the surgery, whereas I had only told him I would consider his reccomendations and let him know. My first experience with a plastic surgeon to get help and feel good about myself, resulted in anger, humiliation and mayor disappointment.

    Convenient Care Clinic
    We called about a week in advance for an appointment, went in on the date, they said they gave us the wrong date and the appointment wasn't for another week, they had nobody in the clinic so we were seen anyway. When we called we gave details as to what the problem was but when we saw the doctor she said she wasn't going to touch it. We ended up leaving with no procedure done.She wasn't friendly and could have saved us much pain and aggravation by saying they couldn't do that procedure in the clinic. Very irritated with this place.

    I have never had a bad experience with Mercy. Everyone is friendly and available to meet my needs. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what was happening before they did it. The food was great and the staff were patient.

    The procedure went fine.  I had heard that Dr. Matthews had a rough manner and was unfriendly, but I didn't find this to be the case.  He was very friendly, answered our questions, and explained everything clearly.

    Beware, there are far better educated physicians available in the Benton, Bryant area. I only visited this practice because it was close to my children's school. Wish I had looked around now..... Very happy with our new Doctor.
