    Juan Do it All
I called Juan's when I arrived in town for a visit and he was able to come out the next day to meet with me to give me an estimate and to talk about other tasks he would be able to do for my mother as needed. Both Juan and his wife Rebekah, who answers phone & sets appointments, were very courteous & professional. Juan was timely and gave a fair price. He asked how long I was in town and was able to do the work during my visit. He did an excellent job & cleaned everything up when he was finished. I feel at ease leaving his card with my mom to call him as she needs him.

    Juan Do it All
Juan promptly returned my initial call and came out the next morning to give me an estimate. My house is literally in the woods and landscaping is natural, no grass. I have over 100 mature trees on my lot. My gutters were overflowing with leaves, pine needles, and oak spirals, and the non-paved surfaces on my lot away from the immediate perimeter of the house had a deep carpet of leaves and tree debris. Juan and his assistant arrived on time and did a good job cleaning it all up, along with some trimming and pruning of bushes and trees. Personable service, prompt, and quick to respond.

    Household Solutions
I asked why some of the itemized charges were so high. Didn't get any response. Didn't accept the bid. Got another bid for the same repair for less than a third of this quote. No reply to my inquiry about excessive cost for some items.

    Juan Do it All
Juan and his worker showed up promptly as scheduled and did the work in a professional and efficient manner. They were courteous and respectful and eager to meet my expectations. The price for the work was very competitive and I received good value for what I paid. I have used their service twice now and my neighbor uses them frequently after seeing the work they did for me.

    Juan Do it All
Out of all the Handymen listings here on Angie's List for Hot Springs AR, we only had 2 providers respond - Juan Diaz of Juan Do It All and John's Remodeling. Darryl Powell disappeared (see our review of his services or actually non-service on his listing) and Cory's services never responded.
We had asked for estimates (written ones) for reconnecting all the drainage downspouts to their black underground piping and clean out a French drain, because of drainage issues around the house during heavy rains.
Juan was the only one to not only go to the house to check our request, but actually did the work promptly because he felt it was such a small job, and he was already in Hot Springs Village for other work, that he might as well get it done.
And he was 110.00 cheaper than Mr. Powell's original verbal estimate and well under John's Remodeling's estimate. Juan was also the only one with a professional sounding answering machine system on his number; he also has paid for the messaging within Angie's List, so you can easily write to him with what your request, and he answers promptly here too.
So appointment made to see our property on June 30th and job done at the same time for a great price. Can't beat that!
We will definitely use Juan in the future for handyman work around our property.

    Darrel Powell
We thought since we own a home in Hot Springs Village and needed some downspouts and a French drain cleaned out, and reconnected and Mr. Powell actually lives there, that this would work out very well.  We live out of state and have nice tenants renting our home, but they are too busy to do home repairs/maintenance for it.
Well, we were able to speak and text with Mr. Powell right away around May 28th.  He did go over to our Hot Springs Village home that same day, saw what needed to be done, and gave us a verbal estimate of 185.00 to do the work.  We asked Mr. Powell to email us a written estimate of that price (or he could have even mailed us one, if he didn't have a computer).
Unfortunately, that's where things fell apart.  Mr. Powell has suddenly disappeared.  He said he would email us an estimate but has not replied to a phone call or text message in over a week.  Maybe something happened to him, but we cannot recommend someone if he or she doesn't respond to a request for a written estimate - or at least let us know if he/she is busy, out of town, hurt/sick, etc.

    Teen Challenge
There was quite a bit of man-power for that amount of time. Extremely positive. I have not had a bad experience with them. They are very polite, very nice, respectful and clean cut. My son would help me in the yard a lot and I saw no difference, the attitude was remarkable. These boys are making every effort to change.

    Darrel Powell
Darrel has been our "go to" handyman for a couple of years now.  We are getting on in years and he helps us decide what needs to be done,  He has many handyman skills but doesn't hesitate to recommend a licensed professional when one is required.  His recommendations are good.  On the last occasion, he replaced a broken sink in the garage, repaired a drainage problem at the side of the house, and moved a utility refrigerator from the basement to the garage where it will be handier.

    Roger Bellflower
We scheduled the work immediately after the closing of the house. Roger came the following week and all small projects required in preparation for larger work was done within a couple days. He is provides professional reasonably priced service.

    Cory's Handyman Service
It went perfectly. He does custom woodwork, trim, tile, painting. He works in the yard as well. He also does demolition, remodeling, and landscaping. Cory Bates is an excellent multi talented labor. Strict attention to detail. Arrives on time and labors until project is complete. Willingly discusses his limitations if applicable to the proposed project. Charges are reasonable.
