Eye Care reviews in Hot Springs National Park

We have been seeing her for about a year. We moved to this area so she was referred to my by my eye doctor that I had in Jonesboro that I had used since 2004. It takes a little while to get in to see her although it is not too bad. It took us about two weeks out before we were able to get in. One time when I had something in my eye they got me in the same day. The office is kind of small and it is a little crowded. It is clean, and the individual rooms are nice and clean with all the proper equipment, but I just noticed that the waiting room kind of runs into their eyeglass area and there is not a lot of seating and is really small. There are probably only six chairs in the waiting room. There is not a whole lot of selection for frames and eyeglasses. They have a nice selection of what they have, they just don't have a lot. The staff is friendly and they are all great. She is awesome; the doctor herself is great. They do the eyeglasses there unless they are really thick or something. Then they have to send them off. We have had my daughter's glasses in an hour. Getting into the examining room from the waiting room took us about an hour, but once we got back there we were in and out. It was a long wait just to get in.

Maybe I have a higher than usual expectation, but nothing good really stood out. There were a lot of things that I thought could have been better with no expense, just training and procedural changes. That being said, overall, it was an ok visit.

I was scared to have anything done to my eyes. Grandfather and Grandmother both had glaucoma and cataracts and I am developing both as well. My surgery was to keep eye fluid flowing properly so as not to have problems later. Dr. Braley explained the laser procedure and we scheduled separate hospital out-patient appointments, one for each eye. The actual treatment lasted about 10 seconds, and my eyes are just fine. Dr. Braley reassured me throughout the procedure that I would be ok, and he was right!

.I just didn't have a good experience with him. I have catarets and he did one but doesn't want to do the other one but it has to be done. Other then that I like him. The staff is all real nice. I won't go back to him.

The eye exam was good and efficient.  The wait-time was the only thing that I had an issue with.  It was a long wait.
