they arrived on schedule and completed on time. The unit appears to have been installed properly and is working well so far. I am having some trouble getting the warranty folder from the office, so I need to follow up.

Personality wise, I wasn't really impressed with the person that came out the first time but then after that I was okay with other people. We are not going to use them again because we found someone cheaper and that we like better.

We had a bid from B&A Heating and Air Conditioning Inc to do some air conditioning. We didn't accept their bid because we got a better deal with somebody else. We had actually used them before and we were pleased with the work that they did. We had problems with our air conditioning about two years ago. That was when the air conditioning froze up in the summer and they fixed it.

Brad came out to check on my AC that had died. Brad was very prompt and came out exactly when he said he would. Got a new AC unit put in for my broken one and Brad cleaned up everything when he was done and did a stellar job. Was very professional and courteous.
