They have been excellent, knowledgeable, have fair pricing, and treat you right. They don't try to overcharge and I would highly recommend them.

I bought a 2011 Chevy crew cab I was very happy the day I got but after that I I had quite a few things goin wrong with the truck and it was very irritating but my salesman Paul smith tried to do everything he could to get that truck right for me, but it ended up being to late bc of the damage the truck had. Paul still would not give up as I wasn’t he was more than generous and he is a truthful person that cares about his people. So he what did he do? He gave me the deal that I should’ve gotten after having so much trouble with the first truck. I got into a newer truck for a great price and still is making sure that I have no more problems. Paul smith is that man to go to he will break his back for and is just willing to do whatever it takes to take good care of his customers until you are happy and he will not lie to you.

    Allen Tillery Auto
Wonderful on the radiator flush. Drove the car as advised, for next few days. Temperature was good. Moved the car to clean the gutters. I found a dozen leak spots on the driveway. Brought it back to Allen Tillery. I was advised, the Corvette is 18 years old. Yet, it NEVER leaked any fluids before. I was down 10 oz.s of power steering fluid; after driving it for a total of about 5 hours, or so. NOW all a mechanic has to do is wrap a rag around the fitting, and give it a light squeeze, to disrupt the pressed on fitting to the power steering. NO marks. Say, I am a liar? OK, show me the video of the mechanic doing the work, Can't produce it, because of insurance reasons. OK; then why was I 10 oz.s low, on power steering fluid? Coincidence? We know there is no such thing. OK how about this: a good mechanic, checks your fluid levels, tire pressure, wear on tires, and basically writes down what they have found; that needs repairs. You know that kind of mechanic. So, why was nothing noted about leaking power steering fluid on my documents? Could it be, it wasn't leaking when I brought it in and when I left, it was because someone tampered with my car? I will never go back to Allen Tillery and have them work on my 2002 Corvette again! Also remember, due to the Corona Virus, business has been slow, and the mechanic gets paid by the job, and not the hour. You know of a good reputable mechanic, let me know. A Traveler, out

All of the damages that needed repaired was caused by them so I was surprised when they charged my 72 year old mother $300 and when I confronted them that became very rude and told me to leave so I requested that they have the owner to call me to discuss the issues and instead he calls my 72 year old mother and argues with her and tells her that I’m not allowed back at his business. I will gladly not go back.

    Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas
After the fix, I couldn't see where the window had been repaired (a good thing). There was never any mess left inside or outside of the car. The technician who came to our home was prompt and finished the job quickly. Glass Doctor even filed the insurance for us. All in all, we had a good experience with Glass Doctor and would use them again.

They are an excellent company. They are an awesome company. Very trustworthy and very honest. We took a vehicle in and it was intermittently dying on us and someone had put a battery in it and not fastened the battery down. So the leads on the battery were loose. They secured the battery pack down and tightened the leads back down on the battery and they didn’t charge a thing for it. They said it’s too easy of a fix. How many mechanics do that? Not very many.

Excellent. Next week, I'm bringing my car in, after talking with Terry. I need a Spring checkup and a tune up, plus my A/C leaked out all the freon. He said he can fix that, so I'm happy to have my AC back for this summer.

Fabulous! He told me it was nothing to worry about to get home, a 1400 mile drive, it was just a sensor or evac leak. It would be fine until I got home to get to a mechanic who could replace it. He could have charged me for the service but didn't. He was very busy and didn't have to take time out to do that for me, but was so kind to do so.

    Juns Quality Auto Service LLC
Road trash blew into the front of my car, breaking my air condenser on a trip I was taking for pleasure. I pulled off the heavy & asked for a repair shop. The most professional, friendly, clean and hospitable glass. Repair was quick and feasible. It was absolutely pleased and made an otherwise terrible experience actually a “silver living”!
