  • I took my wife's car in do to A/C leak. Made an appointment for it. Took car in a day early ( Sunday) so it would be there first thing Monday morn. I called them Wednesday and was told " They are looking at in and we will call you." I called them today ( Friday) and was told " Sorry it's been a bad week they are getting ready to look at it " NOPE!!! I was told 2 days ago it was being looked at and my wife took a week vacation so we could get this fixed and has to be back to work tomorrow. Not going back ever.

  • They charged me a reasonable amount. Johnny is an old friend and an excellent mechanic. The standard around here is basically the same and is somewhere between $30 and $50. Johnny has been an "A" for years. I've known him for about 20 years and he's been taking care of my car service for all of those years.

  • My experience with them was good. The quality of the service was really good. They staff was very professional. They got me in quickly and got me back out quickly. I chose them because they are a name brand company and my dad used to use them over the years.

  • went in for squeek in front end. they replaced 2 shocks and a sway bar I have been there several times for service. the service was good the work was good, but always seem to get a call for adding additional work needed. Plus bring your wallet. Never under 600.00 for anything.

  • I have had about 4 or 5 occasions to have Mastertech work on my cars. They are so fair. One time they installed a new fuel pump that turned out to be bad. Not only did they replace it for free, but they were able to work with the manufacturer to cover my tow bill!

  • Royal Auto Repair did the work within 2 days. They picked me up and brought me home while they did the work. I thought the price was fair, they were very nice, and as far as I know it's working fine because the tire hasn't fallen off.

  • My vehicle is an older model Mercedes and had been leaking massive amounts of fluid from the center underneath of the vehicle.  We had just moved to Hot Springs and my normal repair facility was too far away for me to drive there for service.  I looked up local repair shops on Angie's list that are near my home and found Chapman's.  Everyone there was nice and they said they would look at the problem and let me know if they could fix it.  It turns out that I had two problems; one major (the massive leak) and one minor (a choke sticking issue). They were only able to fix the major problem.
They gave me an estimate along with the timeframe it would take to get the car fixed (the part had to be ordered). They repaired the part causing the leak and then also assisted me in a new battery, which was at a base cost.
Overall, the service I received was great.

  • The guy told me that the Number 2 cylinder was bad but he switched it out. I thought ok great and I was on my way.A few days later I began having the same issues, so I took it back. And again I was told it was switched out. So off I went again. Well 3 days later I am still having the same issue, so I ask one the men in my church to look at it (and he did it for FREE!). He told me that nothing had been switched out. He said they may have been rotating them out from one to another to keep the error light from coming on. He fixed it for me and I didn't have to go through the hassle anymore. The only reason I chose them to begin with was because the salesman at my dealership (which turned out to be an idiot as well!) recommended them. Furthermore, on my initial visit while I'm waiting for them to complete the assessment, I asked the greasy guy at the counter about purchasing some tires. He didn't seem interested in selling any tires to me and didn't give any effort to try and find someone who would. I would never recommend this place to anyone for anything!

  • For the most part the process  was painless. He keeps in touch with you. I had to take the car back the next day for a leak in a hose and they gave me my car back. They seem like honest people. I think the price was a tad high...but you get what you pay for...you pay for cheap you get cheap.

  • The service was excellent. His price was very reasonable. You can find someone cheaper but not good. The quality of his work was good. He did what he was supposed to do on time. I would use them in the future.
