    Elite Day Spa
The ambiance was really good. But it was freezing cold in there. I have had massages all over the world and the one I had here was the best I ever had.

    Clifton, Dr. Missy
My appointments at Premier Dermatology were specifically on the Spa side of the office, as I have not had a derm appointment with Dr. Clifton. (The office itself is beautiful........and the spa area is very luxurious!) I had barely enough time left on a birthday-discount coupon before it was to expire, and fortunately they were able to schedule me with just one day notice, for both the pedicure and the massage. I loved both services! The pedicure with Sarah was first (normally you should schedule the massage first so as not to mess up the polish!) and she did a great job! All the and quot;proper' steps, from soaking to exfoliating to trimming, to polishing........nothing hurried, very relaxing. Chose a dark and quot;Russian Navyand quot; polish! (maybe a bit too Goth for me??? LOL!!). Ask for Sarah! very experienced and very observant about a couple of little issues with my toes! Then had about 1/2 hour wait for the massage....that was fine, as the nail polish was definitely dry before I hit the sheets for the massage! The massage was one hour, Swedish, with Renee. Quiet space, low light, soft music......all the right touches for relaxation. She asked if I'd like light, medium, firm touch......asked about aromatherapy (I chose tangerine!)......I liked that she asked several questions to make sure I would be comfortable. The time went by too quickly! Would have loved more! Looking forward to next time. The Relaxation Room is fantastic! Very nice dressing room area, lockers, robes, bathrooms. The staff does really need to make sure that clients are informed and directed about the area and properly prepared for their service(s). I had been there in the past, so had some recollection about when/where to change to a robe, where to find a beverage, etc. but still needed direction about details. At least one client in the Relaxation room would have appreciated the and quot;tourand quot; of the changing area and an offer of beverage while she waited. Unfortunately I had assumed anyone waiting was a previous client and I did not presume to tell any of them about the amenities while waiting......sorry. Overall this spa offers luxury spaces and friendly staff. LeAnne at the front desk was very helpful with scheduling and checking out as well. Think you will love the services.........have a beverage in the Relaxation Room and enjoy every minute of your service!

    Rouge Salon & Spa LLC
I look forward to and enjoy going to Rouge Salon & Spa...whether it's for my bi-weekly nail fills, occasional hair cut, pedicure or massage!  I am always greeted by name with a smile.  The techs are very professional, knowledgeable in their craft, many in multiple specialities. The prices are reasonably and they have recently added a "Happy Hour" with reduced prices.  The atmosphere is very upscale and inviting.  I highly recommend the Rouge Salon & Spa for all of your personal grooming!  They also offer gift certificates for that special someone.

    Angie's Therapeutic Massage & Bowenwork
My appts. with Angie always go well. I have never had a disappointing session. I know there are other therapists in my area, but I have never had occasion to consider looking for "something better", because I think I have found the perfect match for me for a massage therapist. Her style of massage is gentle and nurturing. Angie's kind heart shows through her hands, whether doing massage or Bowenwork.    Her office is clean, tidy, comfortable and organized, her massage table is super comfortable, and she warms it before you arrive so it is always so cozy. Her massage is indescribably delicious, with warmed oils, warm stones and a special essential oil that helps you breathe better after being facedown for the first part of the massage. She works quietly, without talking, to allow me to relax more deeply.    I have more often gotten Bowenwork sessions from Angie, rather than massage, because  my first session with her was Bowenwoirk. It was so deeply relaxing and balancing for me I just wanted to go back for more of the same. It is light touch and I don't have to get undressed, but the effect is so profound.     I recommend Angie to friends and relatives in the area, and get Angie's gift certificates for them on special occasions, because I know they will not be disappointed.     I finally talked my husband into going to see Angie, since he had a bad shoulder and both knee joints need to be replaced. Angie said right away that she really didn't think she could do a whole lot for those serious joint problems, but Bill decided to do a Bowenwork session anyway. He looked so relaxed and happy afterward. He didn't think anything "special", other than relaxation, had resulted from the session, but to me, that is a BIG THING. The next day, while driving his big tractor to load logs on a truck for several hours, he had NO PAIN in his knees while doing the work or even later in the day. He said that type of work, in the past, had resulted in his knees hurting a lot! I was surprised and thrilled that he was out of pain. That truly proved to me that Angie's work, although so gentle and subtle, is quite effective. That session qualified as a "miracle" for me. I am convinced that Angie is truly an Angel! I am a retired massage therapist myself and moved to this area just 2 years ago. I have experienced a variety of types of massages in my career. Angie is at the top of my list of the "best of the best" I have experienced. I feel so thankful that I have Angie to take care of me when I overdo with working in our large garden, bush-hogging, etc. She has such a soothing, gentle manner and a true gift for healing through touch. She listens to my bodily complaints and goes to work to relieve tension and pain. I come out feeling like a new woman and so thankful to have someone such as Angie as my massage therapist here in Arkansas.

    Elite Day Spa
Monday August 19, 2013 the owner called me and I began explains my dissatisfaction about my massage and also the time I received my massage. He began arguing with me, stating that I was only upset because I was late and not because the massage was unsatisfactory. I tried to explain that I was dissatisfied with the massage but he stated again that I was only dissatisfied because I was late. I was not asking for a refund nor was I asking to get any kind of compensation for my displeasure, I was simply wanting him to look in to the situation and fix the problem. He continued to argue stating that his masseuse had never had a complaint before. I told him that it was great that he had never had a complaint before, but that I was dissatisfied with my experience with him. He continued to argue with me until I was in tears and kept stating that I was only dissatisfied with the massage after he explained that I was late (which I already knew I was late.) He abruptly ended the conversation by saying he was done talking about the situation and hung up the phone. My husband called the owner back and was immediately forced into an argument after the owner was disrespectful to him as soon as he answered the phone and realized it was my husband. He stated that he was going to call the police and say that my husband was threatening him (my husband did not threaten him one bit, but tried to tell the owner that he did not appreciate being called and quot;Dudeand quot;). My husband tried to explain to him that I was dissatisfied with my massage and was abruptly interrupted by the owner, who again stated that I was only upset because I was late to my appointment. He the told my husband that they have no negative reviews about their business (which is a lie. They only show positive reviews on their web site but if you google them there are several). My husband tried explaining to him that he was a business owner himself and that he would never treat a customer as poorly as he has treated us. The owner stated that he was done with the conversation and that if i posted a negative review that i better be accurate on my statements or he would post pictures of me arriving at the facility and the time of the day because i was only mad because i was late. He told my husband not to call again or he would call the police and my husband would be charged with harassment.
