FI feel that I was treated like cattle. If you spent 5 minutes in the doctors office you did good. I have been diagnosed bipolar I for 26 years, but the doctor was trying to change my diagnoses because he was not seeing any manic highs. I discovered later that I had been so depressed for so long that the only time I had manic episodes was when I visited my brother in Missouri. I feel that a doctor that has seen a person for several years and has her chart going back more then 10 years should have caught all this. Also I could say I was doing so so and he would put that I was doing good. (maybe language barrier). When I would call with a problem, the nurse would say, he put you were doing "good" in your chart. I moved to Springfield Mo for a year. I had a very good doctor there. I have moved back to Quitman and am seeing Dr Clements in Searcy. He is what a psychiatrist should be.

AThe psychiatrists like to listen. They are very caring. They like to do follow-ups to see how things are going. The offices are extremely clean . They are very friendly.

AThey have helped my son immensely. They are good people and they understand what they are doing, and they go above and beyond to help the kids out. We would use them again in the future if we needed to.

DWhen I told her that I had experienced severe reactions to medications in the past and that I wanted to ease into this new one, she demanded that I take it as prescribed and told me that it couldn't cause a specific reation...not the one that I was concerned about and that listed in my chart. When I tried to tell her that the medication made me feel worse, she talked over me and wouldn't listen.

AMy son and I have been seeing Dr. Haroon and her wonderful staff for several months now. My son was struggling with school and relationships, experiencing a lot of anger. The Behavioral Center was able to provide a diagnosis on the very first visit. Their coping techniques and counseling were immediately helpful. Now after many appointments a new relationship has fostered trust and healing. Our sons grades are up and all of our relationships have improved. Our entire family's life is better and we recommend HS Behavioral to everyone!

AHe is wonderful. He helped my son and there wasn't anyone else that could help him. My son had been hospitalized three separate times in a mental institution and I needed someone who knew what he was doing. Dr. Walden was professional, knowledgeable and personable; he was the perfect person for my son and that's what I wanted. It was a blessing that he took Medicaid. I have been exceeding pleased with him. He has helped me with my own depression; a lot of it is related to my son's situation. He really has helped me and I can't say enough good things about him. The only thing I would have a problem with, and I don't know what he can do about it, is that he has so many people on his waiting list to get in to see him that it was three months before my son could see him. He's just so busy but that's not his fault; it's a result of so many people wanting to see him. It's difficult if you're sick and have to wait three months but it's because he's so good.
