Went well. Wes was both personable and skilled in many areas. Kept me informed of the progress along the way. Saved me a lot of money compared with other quotes and I got quality work.

Coltrane Inspection and Handyman Service, LLC
All went great. Although a seemingly simple project, Mr Wes, explained each step to me and my son. Measuring, leveling, drilling. My kid thought he was magic Thanks for the attention to detail, and being personable; especially to the little guy.

    Summit Inspection Services
Tried to hire Andy Simms (owner) to do our home inspection as he came highly recommended. Unfortunately he was out of town. We then did hire him on 8/1 for our Radon test after purchasing the home. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He even took some time to look at a couple of house concerns I had that the other Home Inspector missed. His partner returned after 2 days to remove the Radon monitor and gave me the results right then. I also received an email report the following business day with the results and a copy of my paid invoice. Hired again on 8/27 to do our Air Quality test for mold. Again, very professional and knowledgable.....and HONEST. We had had water in our basement and Service Master had dried it out. He told me I should check with them to see if they did any sort of Air Quality test when they were there before I hire him, no need to pay him if Service Master did the test. Most companies would come out and do the test to make $$. Turned out Service Master didn't. I will use Summit Inspections for any type of inspection I need in the future and will recommend to everyone!

    Mirowski Inspections
I set up the inspection online. I knew I wanted Steve to do the inspection (based on a verbal recommendation) and I was able to schedule his earliest available time. The process online was great. I recommend it. There are a number of questions that need to be answered, and I was able to look at it online and not have to answer all of the necessary questions in a phone call. I came to the house for the first part of the inspection. The homeowner was there as well and Steve talked to us about what his plans were, what he would and wouldn't cover and just the basics of a home inspection. Steve showed us how to work electrical and plumbing things around the house. He also offered a number of suggestions to save money both long and short term. The report he provided was extensive. It included photographs of each item that was mentioned along with an explanation of each deficit and how to remediate each. Most important deficits were written in red, important things in blue and a minimally important things in black. This made it easy to see what really needed to be done right away. After I received the report, Steve was easily available to answer questions. I felt that he was on my side and working for me even after the inspection work was complete.

Vic inspected the home and found about $12,000 in repairs that needed to be done that you could not see. I did not purchase the home.

    InspectorNick.com
Nick showed up on time, we were 5 mins late and he was already there working.  (our realtor was there with him) It took him 4 hours.  This house is a little over 5,000 sq. ft with finished basement and 3-car garage.  He was very professional, hard working and knew the in's and outs completely.  My husband is an engineer and knows the difference-- if somebody knows his job or not:-) Thank you so much Nick!  Nick is also a very nice person !!:-) The job was performed in the Berkshire subdivision off 124th and Roe, Leawood, KS

    Summit Inspection Services
. His work is thorough and fair. Almost every home has some issue that needs addressed Andy follows a detailed criteria and reports his findings in a straightforward manner. If something in his report is unclear he will try hard to explain and will not make a big deal out of some small problem. Sometimes you don't want to hear what he has to say, especially if you are the seller, but you can count on it being right. In addition to using Summit Inspection for my clients, when I bought my present home I had Summit Inpections do the pre-buy inspection for me.

    A Quality Check Home Inspection
Don Hayes did an inspection of a home we bought. He missed SEVERAL things on the home that are now going to cost us many thousands of $$ to fix! I would NOT recommend him.
