    they took 6 days to do a 6-8 hour job. they started working on our vehicle only after we called on the fifth day and told them that we absolutely NEEDED our van the next day. they tried to get us to agree to pay $300.00+ for brakes which I fixed myself for $45.00. when they installed the ball-joints and tie-rod ends, they neglected to grease them, greatly decreasing their lifespan. the front end alignment performed now pulls hard to the left. we are going to have to take it to a shop that employs actual mechanics to have that set right. they charged us $80.00 per hour for a $5.00 per hour job.

    I take my car in for service usually on Saturday mornings, so I don't know if this review would apply all the time or only on Saturday mornings but the guy behind the service desk is friendly, efficient and most importantly, a clear communicator. He is always patient with my questions and answers them completely. I am confident that after having my vehicle serviced, i.e., oil changed, and inspected that it has been done well and completely. One Saturday I had taken my car in for it's oil change and inspection and had an additional issue that I forgot to mention. After leaving the dealership, I was about ten minutes away and it was fifteen minutes to closing, I called the guy back, told him the issue and where I was and he said come on over and I'll take a look at it. I arrived at five minutes to closing, he took a look at it and saw that it was an easy fix and he took care of it right there. I left the dealership a few minutes after closing. Most places when I called after I had left the dealership would have asked me to make an appointment for another day. In fact that was what I expected, but the Saturday guy at Pinegar said come on in. I appreciated it because it is a 40 minute drive one-way for me to get there. I just hope they keep this guy on Saturdays.

    Sent truck in for repairs as it was making a noise.  they repaired the noise, (fan clutch) but did not advise me about the broken exhaust manifold bolt.
    this was before dealership sold and changed owners.  I am willing to give them (new owners) an opportunity to work on my ford truck next time it needs repairs to see about improvements.

    I ran into an old friend after this had happened and he actually had been the manager over one of the local ones here in Arkansas. I told him what Speedlube had done to my wife, suggesting all the things they did and he stated that upper management from Illinois where the company is based encourages with bonuses for the stores to push unneeded products as much as possible to make more money. He said one of the tricks they have is to take a little bit of the old oil from your pan and put it on one or more spots on a inspection card to encourage you to buy more services.

    GREAT SERVICE!!!! I recently had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The staff was courteous and professional. My vehicle was picked up and brought back to me in a timely manner,and they even took the time to wash and vacuum it! The cost of service was reasonable, and they allowed me to use a discount coupon that I received in the mail. I will use this dealership again in the future.

    my emotionally disturbed grandson bought a 1988 mustang gt hewas proud because his brother had a 88 lx....being on disability he could not afford a large bill....he heard of this mr lambert and went down to see if he would take payments...MR LAMBERT told benny if he would pay for needs along the way he would paint it labor free for a reference and my grandson would build him aweb page (which was built.) mr lambert decided the car was dangerous because of rust on the under carrage the rockers......told benny could sell or find another body....benny found another body from a gentleman that rebuilds mustangs (retired) $ lambert looked at the body befor moveing it.....took it to the shop and has done some sanding and rustproofing (when ask how much these materials were he told benny he already had them..) was time to buy the paint and THEN he decided to charge for the undercoat used ( that was ok as it was used even without notice) he told my grandson he needed $500 for paint and to replace the materials used on the underneathe but he wanted CASH....i told him i needed a reciept because i am payee for bennys disability and have to account for the money......he argued then decided hed take a money order....i went down to a bank and got a cashiers check for $450 as that was every penny he lambert promptly picked up the check then started accuseing me of slandering ???????????????/ him etc etc etc.......and said he was not going to do the job...cops were called!!!!!! mr lambert said he was going to put the doors and all back on and dump the two vehicals at my apartment complex i live in.....i made arrangements with the complex to park them on the very back side of the complex... then mr lambert said he was putting the vehicals outside that we had to pick them up...then he said we couldnt have them because he had fixed the radiator support for $240 which he told benny earlier no charge because he had just fixed the ones there!!!!! the cop was called and i was told to get them towed and if he refused to let them go the police would get involved...the towing bill will be $100+ and getting doors and all put back i wont know until this body shop sees the damage mr lambert has lambert has no city license to operate a business.....he has no tax number with thestate i have reported both......i have been told by an officer mr lambert is known as a black for the labor he stated he wasnt chargeing i wrote him and told him i was not asking for a freebee and stated a more than fare payment to him AFTER the job was done....the $450 was retrieved bfor mr lambert cashed it!!!!!!! he got really 69 years old i have never had to face this type person befor but i will NOT be pushed........RIGHTS RIGHT!

    They are a small business. He does good work. My experience with him is great. The whole thing about Donny is if he can get the whole family to keep coming he gives extra discounts. My wife, my father and my little sister all go to him. Last time I had an actual problem, I had one tire go flat and I needed to go out of town. He stopped all his guys and had two of them run over and get my tire fixed so that I could get going. He will go the extra mile for repeat customers.
