ADH RemodelingWe hired DH Remodeling to build an addition and do a full home remodel. Idan the compny owner was ( Lucky us) our project manager and he was great to work with. He was easy to communicate with, and tried to work during the planning and proposal phase. JOSE, the construction foreman, and his crew, were also always friendly and professional. The end results are beautiful and the project was on-time and on-budget for the most part, but it wasn’t completely painless. It’s not like an HGTV show where you just hand off the project, they do all the work, and you come back to a completely perfect home. While Idan gives great design idan provide us 3D design, and suggests places to shop at where he gets discounts, he even send his designer to shop with us and its was very efficiency(save us allot of time and money) the job done on time and we so happy with resolts ,. Overall, it was a good experience with great results, and we highly recommend DH Remodeling and IDAN you was great thnks allot.- Keith M.

AHenleys Remodel And RepairThe Henley's were punctual, really nice, and very professional. They repainted three rooms including a bed room and bath room. Both rooms included a large amount of trim which had been previously painted with oil-based paint. The prep work for the trim required more labor than anticipated , but they did not cut corners and the final appearance is excellent. They methodically protected all floors and furniture before painting. They cleaned up the rooms and put away the paint and their tools each evening. We asked them to change out two vanity lights install towel racks , and cut an access panel for our tub faucet, none of which were included in the fixed price of the job They did these at a very reasonable price. They told us that they would come by the following week to do any touch up work we requested. We have not found any area which requires any touch up .- Richard T.

AStanley Scott Master CraftsmanVery well! Stanley came when he said he would, placed tarp thru the traffic area to protect carpet. Showed me the damage, did an excellent job replacing tile, etc. He was very pleasant, polite, professional and seemed very knowledgeable. AMelton's RenovationsThis man can do anything and everything. He is extremely professional, punctual (although you may have to wait months for scheduling), and is complusively perfect in every single thing he did around our home over a 3 month period. There was nothing we dreamed of doing that we would not have trusted Richard Melton to do. We are shocked that one person knows so much about so many different handyman areas. We plan to hire him to build an outside overhang on patio in warmer weather. He was extremely neat, even hauled truckloads of limbs he cut from very tall trees after a snow/ice storm. He is so good that I am afraid to share him with everyone knowing we will have to wait long waits to get him for future projects. He kept receipts on every item he bought and was very fair in his bid or hourly services and explained all the contingencies, good and bad to us before we ordered the job to be done. I can't say enough about him as a contractor and as a person. We feel he is a family member and totally trust him in our home at all times, whether or not we are there. He was kind to our irritating pets (2 labs, 2 cats) and to our extended family when they were there. I dont think that I could find anything that he would not try his best to do or find help if he felt that he needed information or assistance. He is so meticulous that he does most of the work himself, which may bother some people in a hurry, but gave us a perfect outcome well worth waiting for. I hope he can stay busy and get rich because there is no harder working young man anywhere.- Sue R.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

ANeeded to be stripped with oxy bleach, scrubbed down, hosed off and stained. Holes in siding were expertly patched and sanded. Siding stained and foundation vents installed and s skirt painted. An excellent trap under deck crawl space flip up door was custom made. I provided the paint and stain and oxybleach scrubbing flo thru brush. Showed up early and cleaned up everyday after work. Really TERRIFIC professionals.

DIf I had it to do all over again, I would have went with another company. The cabinets took 3 months to get to me which that is what I was quoted so that's fine but I ordered all white cabinets and was shipped some that were blue. Also many of the cabinets were broken and several the paint was scratched off. When I contacted them I was told I would have to wait for them to be put back into production and replaced which would take another month or longer. I can't be without a kitchen that long. Also, other components were scheduled like countertops and my contractor. In the end they gave me a small discount for the broken cabinets and the blue cabinets and sent me paint to paint the blue white. The otherbroken cabinets they told me ask the things that were broken were just for shipping purposes yet all the other cabinets I looked at while I was shopping around had these corner braces in place and some were more expensive depending on the type of corner bracket. One of the drawers is completely falling apart and I was told that my contractor can fix it by installing hardware. In the end, the small discount I got wasn't enough to pay my contractor to fix many of the issues I've had with the cabinets and he also didn't have a spray gun for the paint so you can see the brush strokes with the blue I had to paint white.
