ACondor General ContractingDennis's team came out right away and gave an estimate that was lower than the others we had gotten. They started work one day later. The unit they installed was a quality 3 1/2 ton Lennox system. They did the complete install in one day, just in time before the hot weather hit! And the workers never even had to come inside the house (if you are concerned about Covid19 risk). We will use them again for our next project!- Ron G.

The job I needed done was no simple task but the WM guys came in and we’re very professional and compassionate and made the job seem like a walk in the park. I was working nights that week at my job and the guys were very understanding and worked around my need to sleep during the day. I was unsettled at first about sleeping while they were there working but the guys were outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew of guys. AALL-N-1 COOLING & HEATINGGREAT the work was done on time and in a very professional manner. I live out of state and the work was done on two rental houses. A very minor problem was found and corrected at a fair price , this repair could of been reported as a major problem but it was reported to me as it was and repaired right away. I also had a seasonal service plan started on both units. The service repairman was fast , on time , very knowledgeable and best of all honest as well as keeping me posted as to his findings and progress.- Billy B.

APhil and his crew are always excellent. I can trust Phil, he has ethics and morals, and that's unusual these days. He gives good advice, knows what he's doing, and doesn't overcharge. He and his crew were also able to help another crew who were delivering a heavy piece of furniture, and it wouldn't have gone well without them. Phil and his crew were a real lifesaver there. I've had him out for various jobs around the house over the last few years, and he does a great job. Hire Phil, you'll be glad you did.

AWoke up to a flooded kitchen because the water valve under my sink busted. Called them at 7am and I assume an answering service took a message. Received a call back by 8am, and they were able to make it out that day by 2pm. Called me when they were on their way, showed up on time and quickly fixed the issue. Great service and good prices.

BOver the course of 1 year, I had a contract with Advantage. I noticed a pattern with some of the guys. They came in and talked and talked (I too did some of the talking) not related to the work they were hired to do. I got charged for all the time they spend at the house. I called them once to check the noise the washer was making. They showed up early, and washer was running. He talked to me for 30 minutes saying he had to wait until washer was done. After 30 minutes he stopped the washer, took the front cover off, and told me it would be cheaper to get a new washer than to have it fixed. I got charged for 45 min’s of work. Also, at times the tech came with a helper. One time the helper only went to the truck to get things. I ended up paying for 2 people doing the work. I don’t think it is right to pay for a helper, when the helper is not doing any real work, probably just learning the trade. I must say any and all work done, was done right.

AAmazingly, all done and working in one day, including removal of the old system. We opted for a Trane because it was rated better in Consumer Reports than the brand Jones initially recommended. Jones was happy to cooperate, which raised the price only slightly. After three months, the system is still running perfectly. The smart thermostat is easy to set and control.

The project was complicated because the polycarbonate roof panels can't be walked on and they require special fasteners and connectors, but the crew figured out how to proceed and completed the job quickly. We were impressed with their attention to details and are very happy with their work. The new roof looks wonderful!
