    Continental Cooling and Heating

They didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. They just did what they needed to do. They checked the system over and they said it was an old system, but it was still working fine. I like that about them. It was a 15 year old system.

    Atchley Air Conditioning & Heating
This work was done as a follow up to installing ac /heat system. Here is the point of it all for me.Mike the owner had a crew do the work. Several months later a problem developed. I call Archery Air. They discovered the cause fixed the problem. Mike call to personally assure me the work was covered by Archery Air. They showed up on time and did repairs , problem solved. Now lots of companies promise to provide service and resolve issues AtchleyAir really does what they say. They are honest and stand by their word.

    Atchley Air Conditioning & Heating
They put more freon in my unit. They also offered to do a leak check. I declined. 3 days later I had the same problem and called them to do a leak check as they had advised prior. To make a long story short, they worked with me on price and scheduled coming out to work around my odd work schedule. I haven't had any problems since. The price I paid included all three trips it took to fill, inspect, repair, and fill again. They also performed my heating maintenance on my unit.

    Atchley Air Conditioning & Heating
I have Atchley come out every 6 months to inspect our heat/AC unit.  They clean filters, replace thermostat batteries, measure the CO reading,  check all the operational parts of the furnace.  Today they found a blocked drain and repaired it before it became a problem.  I pay a one time charge for two visits, one in the spring and one in the fall.  In addition, when we need repair work, they always come out within a few hours of being called.  We have used them for about 5 years.

    SENSIBLE AIR

The work went far better than it would have with a technician less capable.  All work was done according to schedule, in a timely manner, and Aaron was always very professional. He was willing to spend at least 2 hours without charge to explain to me the nature and extent of the problem, what would be needed to fix it, and how it would be fixed.

This winter I had an unrelated problem in one of the units and called Sensible Air to check it out.  I found out THEY WERE NO

LONGER PROVIDING  RESIDENTIAL SERVICES and received a referral to another provider..

    Blaylock Heating & Air Conditioning
Friday morning the 16th of Jan. 2015 our drain backed up in to our yard through the vent /clean out pipe. called our insurance company and they sent out a plumber to take a look at it at a cost of $75.00 our part to look and fix problem, they ran the snake through it and called it done.  On Feb 13 2015 it happened again, called the insurance company and they resent the same company to check they ran the snake and same results "your fixed" I asked how come we have not had a problem in 4 years and all of a sudden we get 2 time the same problem in 30 days, I don't know I can run a camera down it and see the fee will be $175 extra charge that your insurance company don't cover, I told him no, He suggested that I call the city have them come check their connection since all my pipes are pvc and 4 years old, we did exactly that and the city was furious because that is not the home owners job its a work request put in by the plumbers company. The city checked their connection and stated "Nothing was wrong on their end".   When it happened a week later again I called Blaylock Heating and Plumbing, They came out in about 2 hours checked the line "they laid the initial piping to the city service when the house was remodeled" they said the pipes looked good still asked if we would like to run a camera down it to be sure no problems on the entire line, I agreed and said yes run the camera,  They found that the city connection was offset a little bit and told us they would send in a work order for the city to come and re-check their initial findings since they now had the camera evidence that its not on our end but the cities connection,  They marked the ground for one call and the work order submitted and we were billed two weeks later, total of $200 for entire ordeal. breakdown goes like this $80 for service call, $20 to run the snake, $100 to run the camera, submitting work order not my responsibility. If the city makes a determination will update at a later date. GREAT JOB BLAYLOCK

    All State Heating and Air
We are so happy. One room in our house was not getting much air or heat before, and now it works. He made sure all the flashing was secured and all was in excellent shape. He has a good personality and kept to schedule and budget. He took our concerns into account and adjusted his job to meet our needs. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. He is now our go-to guy for all things HVAC.

Collette Heating, Cooling, & After Hour Services
He did an awesome job, he drove over an hour to get to my house. Quick work, great price, saved me over $1500. He also made a service call during the winter to repair an issue with the unit, no charge. Highly recommended.

    Kinty Jones Heating & Cooling
Kinty was very quick to respond to the request and also to complete the work once we determined the solution we wanted to pursue. He was very professional and flexible. He offered several different alternatives that would best work with our budget. He replaced the air conditioner unit as well as fixed a few other minor issues that would improve performance as well.

    AIR CARE SYSTEMS

It was very good. Their price was competitive. They were very responsive and punctual on their appointment times. They are really good at explaining what's going on and what they are doing to fix the situation. I worked with them quite a bit, they installed three new units at my home and worked at three other properties that I owned, doing some repair and maintenance kind of work. They last worked for me two weeks ago.
