    Andrews Plumbing & Heating
I have used Andrews Plumbing several times over the past year. The most recently I used their services was about three months ago. They cleaned and fixed the drains, and all that kind of work. The thing I like about them is that they come out right away and take care of things immediately. They are reasonably priced.

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
We could not ask for a more polite, knowledgeable and dedicated plumber than Eric Ellis with Roto-Rooter in Van Buren.  He came and assessed the problems and after getting the parts (which only took a few minutes) quickly and expertly repaired our leaking pipe and faucet/cut-off to the hot water heater.  He also had to clear a clogged washer drain line.  As all the previous times we used him (and some of them were major plumbing problems), he has shown himself to be  courteous, dedicated and always customer-oriented. His expertise shows  in the repairs he has done for us and he always answers any questions we have. He works quickly to resolve the problems, stays with it until it is finished and makes sure we were satisfied with the work done.  His pricing is fair and he does a great job. We will definitely use him again for any future plumbing problems.

    Westark Plumbing
Making the arrangements for their coming was very efficient and professional.  Also they called when they were on the way so I would know when to expect them.  Each time the men who came were friendly and got to work immediately.  They handled the repair quickly and well, then were on their way.

    Westark Plumbing
My husband had tried numerous times to unclog our toliet with multiple tools. Finally, we called Westark plumbing after reading positive reviews from Angie's List. The gentleman who came out was professional and very friendly. Mr. Bailey was able to fix the toliet within minutes and even cleaned it before he left!! I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I was given an estimate on a Wednesday, work to be completed on Thursday. Something came up on their side so the work did not get completed Thursday but took place Friday. I was out of my home so they had no way to test it when they got the work done. I tested it when I got home and noticed my toilet was still not flushing. They came out again on that Saturday and unclogged from the toilet at no extra cost when all I was billed for was from the sewer line out.

    Westark Plumbing
Very bad company. My previous report on here was commented on and the company said they would call me Monday to discuss the issue. I did receive a call last week. I hope no one ever has to communicate with the "owner". The person who called said she was the owner. Then at one point she said "The owner takes every report on Angie's List serious. So if she was the owner, she likes to talk in the 3rd person.

The call was very rude and they were clearly upset that I had left a negative review on here. Enough to call me and be rude. And then the proceeded to call the owner of the house, I guess to have him get me to remove it or whatever. However his feelings are the same as mine on the matter. Especially since the handles on the showers are so tight they cant hardly be turned. But according to the guy who came out the have to be tight in order to not leak, so I guess you need a pry bar in order to turn on a non leaking shower handle.

Best advice, AVOID this company unless you need minor work and have no intention or need to ever communicate with them for issues, otherwise you will get rude phone calls if you ever leave a negative review.

    May Avenue Plumbing, Inc
When our washing machine drained, our sewer line was backing up into our shower and tub.  We had experienced this problem 6 months ago and another plumbing company had come out and "cleaned out the line".
This time we called May Avenue Plumbing and explained our problem.  Matthew, the plumber, came out within the hour.  He evaluated the situation.  He came into the house and inspected before he started working outside. ( He did this to try to keep from tracking dirt and mud into the house.)  I found this to be very considerate.  He snaked out the sewer drain line from the cleanout in the front yard.  When he was reasonably sure he had found and eliminated the obstruction in the line, he checked to make sure the city line was flowing without problems before he was satisfied that our drain was flowing without problems.  The charge for this service was $75.00.  Matthew was informative, professional and we were very satisfied with the service.

Our kitchen sink had a very bad clog. My husband worked on unclogging the pipe with various tools for several days. The clog was relentless. We decided to call Westark plumbing on a Saturday. The receptionist said that they were backed up but will try to squeeze us in. It was only a few hours later, and they were at our door. The young man was incredibly nice and professional. He inspected the drain and pulled out the necessary tools. He unclogged the drain for us with ease. He even helped reinstall the pipes under the sink that my husband had taken apart. It was about 60 bucks for the time and 30 for the service. We will most definitely use them again!!

    Westark Plumbing
Please see comments above. I would recommend this company whole heartedly for any plumbing issue you may encounter. Most homeowners worry when they call in specialized services that they will be taken advantage of but I would have to say that this company is NOT one of those types. Professional and fair. Further, the office personnel and dispatchers were always genuinely courteous and professional when taking the service call and setting the appointment. Thank you WestArk Plumbing. A++++ You'll be highly recommended to friends and family.

My Plumber Heating Cooling & Electrical
The technician came approximately 30 minutes after my initial call. He checked the area first using the garden hose to determine the problem with the outdoor drain. He then checked the toilet and sink in the bathroom. He indicated that there were two options for the toilet due to the location of the leak... one being to install a new toilet and the other is to dismantle the existing toilet to fix the leak. He said he would give me an estimate of both options. When he returned with the cost, I chose just fixing the leak in the existing toilet. All work was completed in approximately 4 hours.
