    Clean Cars Auto Detailing
Andrew was amazing! ALTHOUGH HE WAS ALREADY BOOKED, HE SPRANG INTO ACTION ON A MOMENTS NOTICE TO GET THE CAR DETAILED QUICKLY. SUPER PROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Not only did he work me into his schedule, he did a fantastic job making the car look like new again.

    W & W Automotive
    1. Highly recommend this company. Great communication through out entire job. Very promt at returning calls. W & W was the second shop I had look at the car as first company could not diagose the problem with car. 2. Initialy cost was more than I expected. However, when service was completed I felt I was treated fairly and honestly. 3. Final cost was LESS than original extimate. 4. If I have a problem with the work in near future I am confident Mark will stand behind the service performed.

    Firestone Complete Auto Care Store
8-23-2016 The free inspection was free HOWEVER when my wife took it in they scared her half to death that our freestyle was all out of wack.... they told her she needed front brakes, front rotors new brake fluid, rear brakes, rear rotors and they could have her out the door for only $559.28 in parts, $248.65 in labor sub total $807.93 then add $14.98 shop supplies and taxes adds another $80.22 and she could walk out the door only paying 903.07. When she said she could not afford that after having just spent $1500 on a new air conditioner done at Firestone 3 weeks earlier the tech told her she is driving an unsafe care and they would not recommend driving it anywhere. 8-24-2016 we took it to Goodyear and they quoted her $174 and change. Front brakes were great shape almost new front rotors smooth as glass rear brakes worn and both rotors were in good shape. exact same inspection two different price (by a great big margin) Now that leads me to believe that we were taken advantage of on the air conditioner also. I will never go back to Firestone again if this is how people are treated with this company.

    Tires Plus Total Car Care
We just had one problem. They were supposed to repair a door on our RV. We have taken it to several other places and nobody has been able to fix it. They thought they could do it, but they could not find the part either. We were not surprised. Even six months will go by and they still remember our names and we are impressed by that. They remember our vehicles and our names. We really like the manager. He seems very knowledgeable and efficient.

    Dwayne Cowart
Dwayne is our neighbor, he lives across the street from us. He first came to us (05/21/2014) when he noticed our vehicle (chevy lumina) parked on the side of the road after my husband had his wreck. He said he could have it done in no time, within the month. He later contacted us about how he had a friend who had a chevy lumina for scrap and his friend wanted money for the parts on the lumina he had for scrap. He first charged us $550 for parts and told us he would not charge us for labor because we were young and trying to get back on our feet. Everything seemed promising. That week, he stripped the front end of the car off (all that needed to be replaced) and then moved it under our carport. Upon further inspection, he determined that we needed a welder to re-bend this part on the vehicle that held the front bumper together on the car. He said he had a friend that was a welder that could come by and fix this problem for us. He later told us that it would be about $200 more to fix the car (after paying the welder and getting more parts for the car that he overlooked as unbroken) After paying about $350 in 2 payments, (we have receipts)  we could only pay about $50 a week. At first, he was fine with this because he had not done any work on the car because he was waiting on his welder. He would contact me on the phone that I had a payment due and I informed in that I was still at work and that he could come and grab the payments from me there or he could wait until I got home and I would pay him then. During this time, he says he has left his receipt book in his car or at home and that he would write me one the next time he saw me and each time I asked for one he would say the same thing, but include that my other receipts were written out and currently at his home and he hasn't had time to drop them by. One week I called him to tell him that I would be late paying $50 to him. He yelled at me over the phone and said that I was taking food from his children's mouths. He later apologized, but from that week on, he called me every week harassing me for the money or came up to my workplace to get money from me. Months go by with no work done. I had forgotten we were still paying insurance on the lumina and asked the insurance company if we could possibly get back pay because it is currently still being fixed. They told us that we have to have receipts from him in order to put our policy on hold and possibly get back pay. Well, I go and ask him for the receipts and he said that he has never heard of an insurance company doing this and that he would have to call his attorney. After I get the insurance to call him and explain he told me he would have to look for them and that I could come by and we will get this resolved. I go over the next morning (11/13/2014) only to find that he doesn't have one single receipt. He had to hand write on notebook paper and make up dates for the days that I have paid him. Months go by, at this point my husband has repeatedly went over to his house to ask for our money back because it has taken him too long. He informs us that he had a heart attack and would work on the car when he is well. We tell him we can't wait any longer and asked for the parts he purchased for our car. He says that he would have to go get them and when we offered to go pick them up ourselves, he told us that we WILL NOT go pick up the parts and he WILL NOT refund us our money because we had an agreement that after he got better, he would fix it. He then continued to say that we were trying to be smart with him and that when he does get to feeling better, he will fix our car then put a mechanic's lean on our vehicle so that we could not have our car. We didn't want to deal with him anymore so we decided to sell the vehicle to some friends. (Who got the car fixed for under $300) We asked for our key back from his wife, told her we were cleaning out the car (We had forgotten that he had never returned the car keys) She asked for the key back after we unlocked it and as soon we refused she called Dwayne and handed the phone to me. He was yelling in my ear about how he needed the key to work on the car. I tell him that he can ask for the key when he needs to work on it and he told me how needed the key to work on it when we weren't home and my husband told him that he was not allowed on our property without our permission and our conversation ends. My husband gave one last effort to get our money back and my husband was very calm and collected when he asked for our money and as soon as we brought up that if we couldn't come to an agreement, we would file a police report. Dwayne then started yelling at my husband and told my husband that he would give him a reason to file a police report. Dwayne then shoved my husband into the bush next to his front door and as my husband was trying to get up, he then said "Let me give you another reason!" and punches my husband in the face. As my husband walks away, Dwayne yells to him "You ain't gettin' nothin' now!" He uses vulgar language towards my husband in this confrontation. He has done very similar things to my father and my father's church congregation promising them a factory reimbursement that never came in the mail and paying for things that have not yet been fixed. I would never recommend Dwayne to anyone. Ever.

    walmart Tire
It was alright. I ordered the tires online. They shipped them in here and they put them on. They don't stock locally so you order them online, They ship them in in about a week or so, 10 days to whichever store you want. Either you pick them up, take them some place else, install it yourself or have somebody else do it or you can pay them to have them installed which is was what I did. They balance them and install it.

    GREG'S TOO
Vibration that the rpair was supposed to fix returned. Greg's did replace what we thought were defective parts, but this did not solve the problem. They were willing to try to correct the problem, but I did not go back again because I had lost confidence in their ability to diagnose and solve a problem.
I would only go back for routine items like oil change.

    GREG'S TOO
GREG'S TOO pricing is quite reasonable. The thing I like best about them is that they will not do work when it's not necessary. I feel like I can really trust them. The vehicle is always ready when they say it is and I plan on using GREG'S TOO for several more years to come.

    WILCOX TRANSMISSION INC
For an evaluation I felt it went very well. It appears likely at this point that the only further transmission service I'll need at this time is a transmission flush after I replace the radiator. The radiator issue was discovered by another service provider after Wilcox read an engine code that my vehicle was putting out in the process of evaluating the transmission. I will return to Wilcox for the transmission flush.

    GREG'S TOO
It appeared to go very well. All problems I was having with the car were fixed and car ran beautifully, so I was pleased with the actual work itself. Since I had recently moved to Fort Smith from Atlanta, GA, I was not sure how the price compared to other similar places in Fort Smith but compared to Atlanta, it was somewhat less expensive. My vehicle is a Lexus and I had checked various contacts around town who also drive a Lexus or something similar; Greg's Too was the only place highly recommended., so that is why I went there. Having grown accustomed to the superior customer service at the Lexus dealership in Atlanta, I was not impressed with the employee I dealt with at Greg's -- not customer friendly at all. But, bottom line, the friendliness is secondary to the workmanship and I was pleased with the work done on my car.
