The price was reasonable. The vet is very calm and unflustered and confident. I have two cats and they tend to freak out whenever I take them out of the house because they are house cats and I got them very young. When he is in the room with them they calm down a fair amount. Especially I have one that freaks out with people in general she's just a scaredy cat. She's not really of the whole situation but she's not a terror, neither of them get defensive and start scratching. He's just very calm, professional, confident and takes things on accordingly. I am usually taking the cats back into the room within five minutes of the appointment time and then there maybe another five minutes max waiting time.

I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Dr. Cypher's spends a lot of time with our dog doing necessary labs but also talking to and playing with her. Dr. Cypher's is attentive, friendly, and never rushes. She's the best- Would recommend her to anyone.

Rosie is our first dog and we have had many questions caring for her.  Dr Cypers is always very patient, spends time first calming, talking and petting our baby.  She also spends time informing pet owner.  I had been at two other vets in town and I felt like a number.  I like the fact that I can always get Rosie in the same day, if she is having a problem.  There is consistency at this clinic,  it is family run so you are speaking to the same people when calling and going into the clinic.
Dr Cypers is thorough, methodical, calm and helpful.  We need more clinics like Family Veterinary.

When she is available service was fine, but I felt rushed and the rooms are very small and uncomfortable.  Her colleague (can't remember his name) covering for her on Saturday's was excellent.
My dog was an established patient and became sick and I couldn't get an appointment for 3 days!!

It was fine. Their price is very good. There was a mix up and the wrong papers got sent out to us. I'm sure it was a clerical error. They fixed it immediately, but it did cause some issues with our getting into the fair and some other things. We had to make 2 trips in order to get the paper work right. They are very caring and very much in support for the kids' 4-H projects and very involved in the community.

I have used Bratton for a very long time and he is excellent. They have excellent service and are very trustworthy. That is what I needed and that is not every single time I go, I have 3 animals and all of them are cute. They are good on the price.

Very professional team of people. This was one of several procedures they have performed on our dogs over the years. The surgery went smoothly and they did follow-up calls the next day and a week later to check on her. They made this anxious "furbaby" mother feel very much at ease. Both of our ten year old dogs are rescues and suffer extreme cage anxiety. The vets and workers are always willing to accommodate their needs.

We have an 18 year old miniture poodle who has special needs - separation anxiety. They were willing to accomodate me; I was able to take the first appointment and stay with him while he was groomed. They did the grooming quickly to reduce the amount of stress on my dog. He turned out looking adorable. They have a good sensitivity to working with geriatric pets. After the haircut, they take a cute photo of your pet, which is above and beyond for a grooming place. The shop was very nicely decorated and clean. I was also able to buy a few treats that my dog likes.

Our dog is two years old and a large breed. He displays what PROFESSIONAL trainers and other breeders of his breed call as "dog Aggressive". Basically he challenges every male dog that is close to his size. A National Professional Breeder explained that this trait is inherit in this breed and cannot be whispered out of them.
At Dog Party USA they were determined to integrate him into the pack (thus they need to accept responsibility when things go bad) The option would have been to place him in a private pen knowing his inclinations. When he had an aggressive exchange with another large dog there, the attendant with him jerked him hard while yelling at him to break up the fight. Our dog, who had also been bitten and hurt, in the confusion and jerking around did regrettably bite the boy in the arm. The owner called me and said I had to come get him as he had bit an employee.
A take away - Not all dogs want to sit around the puppy fire and sing kumbaya.
Take your dog here only if you can be 100% sure that you dog will 100% of the time get along with 100% of the total dog population.

If "humanely removed your dog from the group" means to yank them by the neck while screaming at them so be it.
I would bite you too. And if he had been observed to be more aggressive that day why in the world would you take him into a group with other strange and new large breeds.
You have too many dogs and not enough trained help.

Dr Cyphers is wonderful.  We had been seeing her for acupuncture and laser treatments to attempt to lessen my dogs pain.  Sometimes the only time he was totally relaxed was during the acupuncture treatments.  My normal vet had recommended Dr Cyphers and I am so glad.  Sadly, he had cancer and did have to be put to sleep.  Dr. Cyphers was kind, considerate and so thoughtful during that process.  I will happily recommend her to anyone needing a vet.  She offers many services, from pain management to dental, that most local vets don't.
