  I was feeling terrible and called first thing Monday morning -- hoping to get a quick appointment. They slotted me in for early afternoon. Dr. Parker was friendly and sympathetic. As soon as I related my symptoms, he gave a preliminary diagnosis and initiated the necessary physical examination to confirm his suspicions. He expressed enthusiasm and energy, telling me he'd make every effort to and quot;get you welland quot; as soon as possible. Even though I had intense pain, Dr. Parker's confident manner was contagious and made me feel like I was already on the mend before I'd ever taken a single dose of antibiotics.

  Everything went very well this visit. I sometimes have spend excessive time in the waiting room, or waiting for her in the exam room, but that's because she spends the time needed with each patient before moving on to the next, so I really don't mind. Appointments early in the day reduce the issue. Great doctor, and the best diagnostician I've met.

  The provider was very efficient and provided excellent service. As I stated before, they were very timely, with only about a 5 minute wait in the waiting room, despite it having about 10 people waiting in front of me. The office staff and lab workers are all very courteous and polite, and try very hard to accommodate you if you have any difficulties or special needs. They do have a special recliner for those who tend to faint or feel dizzy when having their blood drawn, although I have never used it. In addition, if you need a larger seat accommodation, they have those in the waiting room as well as in the lab and offices. The lab tech did her job well, and I had minimal discomfort. When I used the restroom for the urine sample, it was very clean and had a nice decor of wood looking laminate floors and a nice counter that took away some of the and quot;medical clinicand quot; feeling that some places have. The instructions were communicated in a clear and concise manner. I was complete in about 10 minutes, and the check-out and billing is very easy, right by the exit as you are leaving. I use this location frequently, and will continue to do so.

  I have been using Dr. Gordon since Feb of 99'. I sometimes have to wait longer to see him but the wait is worth it. He take the time to diagnose your problems and has a wonderful bed side manner. I would never take my family to any other doctor as long as Dr. Gordon is still in the practice.

  Dr. Furlow listened to my symptoms and asked about experience with past treatments. He gave me several options and had a sympathetic bed side manner. His staff was very friendly and his nurse is very helpful when I have called in needing a refill or had questions.

  I've been going here since 2008. They are efficient and the doctor is good. Nothing super stands out and I haven't changed because I like them. There is not much of a wait and I can always get in. There are 3 or 4 doctors. One is an MD and the others are DO. The service is good and the doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. I don't have any complaints. If you call they call you back immediately.

  Dr. William DeMent is very courteous, he is generally interested in what you have to say, and you don't feel like a number. I'm very comfortable and he's an old fashioned doctor. The staff is all wonderful too.
