    Mana Mediserve Walk-in Clinic
On a Saturday morning, I was seen right away by Dr. Ekman, who was clearly experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of spider bites. She was professional, thorough, and reassuring. Excellent "bedside manner". She prescribed medication and instructed me in the care of the bite wound. I was only charged the usual co-pay that I would have paid at my PCP.
The following week, I was actually called by the clinic to check up on my condition! (I haven't had a doctor's office do that in a long time!) However, I missed the call. Hours later, after waking up, I returned the call, and because I had taken a sedative to be able to relax and sleep, my vitals (BP, temp) I reported to Yolanda - a friendly receptionist who took my return call - were pretty low. She immediately showed great concern and told me to return to the clinic "stat"! When I arrived, she rushed me into the examination room and took my vitals, which by that time (as I was then fully awake and probably my adrenaline "pumping") were just above normal.
Nevertheless, another fine doctor, Dr. Arthur, re-examined my vital signs, checked my heart and lungs, and carefully examined my bitten leg. He listened sympathetically to my "rough" reaction to the medication, saying that he felt that I could safely stop the med immediately as it was causing me more discomfort than the bite, which he said was well on its way to healing without complications. And he was RIGHT! His "bedside manner" was also excellent and reassuring. Plus, he advised his staff not to charge me another co-pay since I was there because they had called ME to come back in!
I thought this was MORE than fair!! I was delighted with such generosity (esp. since I'm on a limited income now). All this attention and personal care for one co-pay!! I left feeling very well cared for in every way. The spider bite has healed just fine. Should I have another urgent medical issue, this excellent Mediserve on Sycamore will be my first destination.

    Willow Creek Women's Hospital
My experience at Willow Creek Women's Hospital was nothing short of amazing. I had to have an emergency c-section with my first child. From pre-Op to recovery, everything went smoothly. The nurses and Dr. Seale did an amazing job of keeping me calm and comfortable during my surgery. They were also very supportive and inclusive regarding my husband's participation during the delivery. I never once was worried or anxious.
My nurses were attentive and prompt and listened to all of my concerns. The staff in the nursery took excellent care of our newborn. I could not be more pleased with our experience at this facility.

It was a Tuesday, and check into ER went okay...did get stranded in waiting medical room a long time (three hours), but did get to talk to docs and nurses some about the situation. Staff friendly and seemed knowledgable. Room for mom was great (most are singles).e Talked to several docs on the cancer team during the process. All seemed knowledgable and most were helpful. Took a long time to get some tests (still waiting on one days later).Food okay for hospital. Parking a challenge. Great views ..overall a nice facility.

Firstly, she had a CAT scan which revealed acute appenditcitis.  She was held in ER until the doctor was available for surgery.  During the waiting period, the doctor visited with her, along with a medical student who was on rotations.  The nurses were very thorough in asking questions, and answering them as best they could.  The surgery was performed that night, laproscopic procedure.  She recovered overnight in a private room, where I also slept.  The nurses were so kind to bring extra blankets and clean linens.  I was even served coffee in 'bed'!!!!  My Mom was released that afternoon, as soon as the doctor visited her.  All was very smooth and pleasant.  Dr. Jeff Bell was wonderful, and even took the time to show her CAT scan results to me on the computer!  So nice!

I see that I wrote in the wrong section and cut and paste does not work, so please see above. The practices of this hospital unsound, and their staff poorly trained. That is my opinion based on four days of experience, and I have many weeks of prior hospital experience in four other hospitals.

I called the number listed, I sent an e-mail and I never got any response.  Either the contact info is wrong, the company is out of business, or they are not interested in business in Arkansas.  If they are not licensed in all states, the exceptions should be noted on the website.

We went to the Blue Cross and Blue Shield office. I had them and I was looking for something for my wife. We were looking online and weren't happy with anything so we went straight to Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

I was having sever chest pain. As soon as I told them that they rushed me to the back and hooked me up. Apparently they have a heart attack system where anyone complaining of chest pain is treated immediately. I was only haveing a panic attack, but it felt horrible. There was one male nurse that was horrible at giving shots. Besides that i was very impressed with their services.

It is a recently built facility. They have all of the modern technology. They staff is highly professional and qualified. The maternity center is very good. They have private rooms.  They have labor and delivery in the same room. It was good.

I really enjoy this hospital. It is a real professional facility and they care about their patients. Their location is close to me and they really talk to you when you come in. Every once in a while you get somebody that is not really with it. I will use them again in the future.
