    Excellent. I am in my tenth week of recovery, and I have no pain resulting from the surgery, as well as 97-98% range of motion. Dr. Benafield did an excellent job with the repair. This surgery, which everyone said would come with painful recovery, had very little after the first two weeks. I was extremely pleased with the therapy services which aided my recovery.

    Brekelbaum, Dr. Chad
    Warning: it's All About the Money. Dr, Brekelbaum prescribed a medicine to which I was severely allergic. Ended up looking like a movie monster, in the Emergency Room. (I hesitated to call Brekelbaum because he charges $195.00 for a phone consult.) So I waited for my next appointment.... But at my appointment - - although he knew about the horrific reaction I'd had to medicine he prescribed - - he didn't even ASK about my E.R. visit!! Nor did he ask any other health-related question. Instead, he told me he could not see me again because I would not sign paperwork agreeing to pay more than my insurance company's contracted price. Medical bills are the reason I have no retirement fund left! I have paid tens of thousands of dollars - - and am still paying the balance on medical bills from 2012! - - and I simply have no money to pay more than my insurance company has agreed to pay. Brekelbaum said he was required to get this money from me, by law. I'm afraid he's a liar - - other urologists don't. He asked me to name one who didn't. I did. Brekelbaum then implied that the reason his colleague didn't balance bill was because his colleague was incompetent, and would take anybody for any fee. (Not only was Brekelbaum being unprofessional, he was tacitly admitting that his assertion he was "required by law to balance bill" was a lie. Checking on that, it turns out - - indeed - - Brekelbaum was lying: there is NO law saying that doctors must collect from every patient more than that patient's insurance company contracts to pay.     Dr. Martha Ellen Myers is very considerate, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She listens carefully and always answers as informatively as possible. She has successfully fitted me for replacement graduated-bifocal glasses in the past and has been successfully treating my glaucoma condition since December 2011. When I lost one of my old faithful RGP contact lenses (over 10 years old) this year, I went in to be fitted for a new pair of RGPs (which actually provide the sharpest vision, are easily kept hygienic, and can last for a decade). She told me that RGPs now usually take a few re-tries to get a perfect fit and prescription from the labs that produce them. (I personally believe that this may be due to the fact that since RGPs are rarely used nowadays, that the ���fine art��� of producing them is not as it once was ��� which must be very frustrating to optometrists and their older patients.) Despite my hopes to the contrary, Dr. Myers��� prediction was correct. I had to try two different pairs without success. Having worn hard contacts for almost 50 years, and, I guess, being incredibly lucky in usually getting a good fit on the first try, I was in despair after the first new pair gave me extreme double vision, and then the second pair were uncomfortable in one eye and poor prescription in the other. However, Dr. Myers remained very upbeat, positive and reassuring that we WOULD get this all right ��� and that this scenario with RGPs these days was not at all unusual. I was not charged anything for these first two failed attempts - the only cost to me was disappointment and my own impatience. Then, three was the charm! The third pair were just right! (A Goldilocks story...) Dr. Myers told me that the slight irritation of my eyelid - feeling the edge of the contact - would likely disappear as my eyes got used to wearing contacts again (I hadn't worn any for many weeks), and though I was dubious, Dr. Myers was right!! Hours later, I couldn't even feel that I had the contacts on! Just that my vision was perfect! The staff at Dr. Myers��� office are always friendly and a pleasure to work with. The equipment used seems to incorporate the latest technologies, making the whole examination process faster and more comfortable. And the price is very reasonable.

    In late June, 2015, I (Steve) phoned Boston Mtn Eyecare about my vision settings having changed since the last annual checkup and requested a new appointment. The secretary (Madison) was most professional and courteous on the phone, made the mutually-agreeable date & time to meet with Dr. Ben and the entire process went extremely smoothly. 
    Surprisingly, I was informed there is no charge for a mid-annual appointment "2nd appointment" due to patient vision changes. 
    My wife Lila is very satisfied with Dr. Ben and Boston Mtn. Eyecare, as well.

    I had been using the same dentist for many years and I was apprehensive about switching although I knew I needed to make a change.  I'd heard Dr. Matthews name several times and all who used him were extremely happy with him. After looking at reviews I made an appointment and was able to get in for a new patient appointment within 2 weeks of my call.

    His staff was super helpful and accommodating. They spent time going over every aspect of my visit. The dental cleaning went very well and Dr. Matthews was amazing. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. He asked questions and gave me options that my previous provider hadn't mentioned. Very thorough consultation. I was worried that they didn't accept my dental insurance but they let me know my options and filed my claim for me!

    You won't regret making a change to Dr. Matthews. Not the fanciest office in town but exceptional in every other way!

    These guys practice what they preach! I see Blair Masters or Dr. Gibson every month or so for chiropractic care (I've had neck surgery and they are the only ones I will trust with it. They use a different technique than anyone else I've seen and can get my neck to easily adjust) and I consult with Dr. Masters about general health care. I believe in good supplements but have never had such measurable results as in this particular instance. I've always had healthy low blood pressure (90's over 70's) but when I went to donate blood about 2 years ago, it was up to 145/95. It stayed up for about a year. I mentioned it to Dr. Masters and he did a quick and easy muscle test, and told me it was because of my kidneys. He gave me a natural supplement to take and after maybe 6 months, my pressure is back down to my usual 90's/70's! 
    I've been to many chiropractors over the years, and am so happy to have found these docs. They are the best!
    Dr. Master's wife, Stephna, offers a 'boot camp' after hours at the office and she is fantastic as well. She is a triathlete and is very tuned in to everyone's physical abilities and, even though you're in a group, she tailors it to each individual.

    Mana Mediserve Walk-in Clinic
    On a Saturday morning, I was seen right away by Dr. Ekman, who was clearly experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of spider bites. She was professional, thorough, and reassuring. Excellent "bedside manner". She prescribed medication and instructed me in the care of the bite wound. I was only charged the usual co-pay that I would have paid at my PCP.
    The following week, I was actually called by the clinic to check up on my condition! (I haven't had a doctor's office do that in a long time!) However, I missed the call. Hours later, after waking up, I returned the call, and because I had taken a sedative to be able to relax and sleep, my vitals (BP, temp) I reported to Yolanda - a friendly receptionist who took my return call - were pretty low. She immediately showed great concern and told me to return to the clinic "stat"! When I arrived, she rushed me into the examination room and took my vitals, which by that time (as I was then fully awake and probably my adrenaline "pumping") were just above normal.
    Nevertheless, another fine doctor, Dr. Arthur, re-examined my vital signs, checked my heart and lungs, and carefully examined my bitten leg. He listened sympathetically to my "rough" reaction to the medication, saying that he felt that I could safely stop the med immediately as it was causing me more discomfort than the bite, which he said was well on its way to healing without complications. And he was RIGHT! His "bedside manner" was also excellent and reassuring. Plus, he advised his staff not to charge me another co-pay since I was there because they had called ME to come back in!
    I thought this was MORE than fair!! I was delighted with such generosity (esp. since I'm on a limited income now). All this attention and personal care for one co-pay!! I left feeling very well cared for in every way. The spider bite has healed just fine. Should I have another urgent medical issue, this excellent Mediserve on Sycamore will be my first destination.

    The first time I saw him was 25 years ago. The service was good. He knows what he is doing. The office was pleasant, I don't have a memory of it not being good. I had gone to another doctor who could not do the work, and the toe nail that she did grew back, while the one that Dr. Bright worked on did not.

    They are extremely good. I have been seeing them for 20 years. The service is excellent. They take all the time that is necessary for each patient, they don't make you feel like you are moving as they move you in there. They have a fairly large staff, and everybody knows what they are doing. They have people who have been there for a very long time. It is a compliment especially if a medical place keeps people for a long time, and their people have been there for a very long time. The specialist that I see is a surgeon and he is not always on time, but I know I will get the same amount of time as the person before me, and so I don't have a problem.

    They're a really good service to go to for kids with sports physical even though it's not a patient of his. They do a really good job on that aspect. They just don't try to rip anybody off when it comes to sports physicals. Every time we wanna go in they have a walk-in service. Only one time we've ever gone that our doctor hasn't been there and we have to see an ATN and she was really good.
