  • I wanted something done and they told why exactly they cannot do that which I did not understand before.  They did not try to mess up my pants.  They knew exactly how to deal with complicated alterations.  It came out looking very good.  They are professional.

  • The time range for the technician to get there was very vague, sometime between 1 and 5, and he did not arrive until the very end of that time frame near 4:30. I would have preferred if they had called 30 minutes before and then I would not have had to take off so much time from work. The man was polite and finished quickly.

  • After notifying them that we had lost our jobs, John Jefferson (owner) told my husband that there would be no problem letting us out of the lease, that it happens all the time.  He then withheld all but $30 of our deposit, charging us a "Broken Lease fee" of  $250.00.  I would NOT trust these people.  They will not answer any of our letters - I have no email address for them, so snail mail is the only way to contact them.
    This is the kind of landlord, that I wished we'd never dealt with.  
    We had done some additions to the house, and have asked to be reimbursed for them - and have heard nothing back.  I even included copies of all the receipts.  We left the house clean and well cared for and this is the thanks we get for all of our hard work.  I'd say RUN, RUN in the opposite direction from John & Joy Jefferson - DBA Angel Property Management.

  • I received a call last July and was pushed to make an appointment for my son's Senior picture with no care or regard for my schedule. When I took my son to the appointment the receptionist acted rather rudely toward everyone in the lobby. Around a month later someone called and talked to my husband and told him when we could come review the pictures. Again, there was no consideration for our time and schedule. The appointment was not at a convenient time so we didn't make it. After 3 months we hadn't heard from them so I called on November 21, 2013 and made an appointment to review the pictures. I was given an appointment for the next day at 10:30 am. When I arrived promptly at 10:30 on November 22nd I was greeted with a note on the door saying "Back at 1:00." I will be returning at 1:00 pm today to ask for my money back due to inadequate customer service and because of delayed delivery of a paid service.

  • pI started online asking for a quote on insurance for two vehicles.  I had some questions I wanted to know before I made a commitment to using GEICO as my auto insurance provider.  I clicked on the "Click to Call " tab and it asked for a phone number.  As soon as I entered my phone rang.  The whole process lasted about 10 minutes.  I am completely satisfied with GEICO.  I will keep you posted.

  • I used Ray Trayor to review my 2009 and 2010 returns and was very pleased so I brought this year's return to them.
    Once again I received more in my refund than I expected.  I received a refund from the state return which had never happened before.

    I especially appreciated that Mr. Traylor sat down with us to review the return and pointed out the changes in the tax laws that may or may not affect us.  We also discussed how properly changing our withholding would increase our take home pay but still keep us from having to pay at the end of the year.

  • In May of last year my roof started leaking into my house so they sent out a person to look at it and he said some shingles were missing.  They said they didn’t cover shingles.  Now that I need a roof on my home they are doing everything possible to not have to pay for a roof even though I’ve paid them for house insurance for several years.

  • I have been doing my taxes on my own for years (using Tax Prep Software).  I was concerned about last year because both my husband and my daughter were in college and I wasn't sure if I handled their scholarships or tuition credits properly.  So I decided  to bring it in for a review.  After speaking to Rachelle, one of the staff accountants, I decided to bring her the previous year's as well.  She evaluated both tax returns and found that I would receive a refund of almost $2,000 from both state and federal returns!!! This was BEFORE they charged me anything.  In order for them to prepare and file the paperwork, I paid $162 per year.  Sure it cost a little over $300, but I still got $1,700 that I wouldn't have.  I am bringing my return to them EVERY Year.
