    Cooper, Dr. Michael K.
My most recent visit was for follow-up and he gave me some exercises to do to help my shoulder that I had somehow injured.  He is professional but friendly.  He values my time and I rarely sat in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes before being called back to a room.  Dr. Cooper is one of those rare doctors that still cares more about his patients than he does about making money and fitting as many patients in a day as possible.  He genuinely cares and will take all the time I need to make sure he's answered all my questions.

The surgery and follow ups went well. All aspects of my care were excellent. Dr. Hefley and his staff are the best!

    Charles Varela MD
Every thing went well.  We went to the hospital the next day and got the surgery done.  The follow up visit for the removal of stitches and staples was a week later and everyone was still so very nice. Happy to say that the hands are healing nicely.

After arriving 15-20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and present insurance card(s), etc., I was checked in, taken back to have x-rays of my right hip taken. There was some wait time, but nothing extraordinarily long. It is necessary to wear the and quot;no-size-fits-anyoneand quot; shorts they provide! The technician was professional, friendly, conversational. Following that, Dr. Grammer spent time reviewing the x-rays with me, asking questions, physically examining my right hip and leg and reflexes. The diagnosis was given (bursitis of the right hip) and physical therapy sessions prescribed (3x/week for six weeks). I appreciated the explanation and diagram of the hip and the affecting condition. Dr. Grammer was of course professional.......I was comfortable with his manner. There are a number of doctors in the clinic at the Horsebarn Road location in Rogers, and though I was not familiar with Dr. Grammer's name (and have not checked to see how and quot;newand quot; he is at the clinic) I was very pleased with the visit. For physical therapy I was presented with a list of a number of services and locations in the area and no coercion to choose any one over another. If I need to followup after the PT I will return to Dr. Grammer.

    Moore, Dr. Merwin B.
I had to make a late appointment due to my job.  I had to wait in the waiting room for 45 mintues. When I was called back it was nearly closing time but I felt no rush or hurried by the doctor and his staff.  He took the time to look at my x-ray and mri. ( the other didn't look at anything in front of me).  Discuss what he saw and got a second reading from another doctor.  I feel like Dr. Moore took the time to listen to me and my questions were answered fully.

    Robert Tomlinson MD
First saw him about 10yrs. ago with a shoulder problem. With shots and phy. therapy I was 100% afterwards. This time was for my knee pain. after an MRI he suggested surgery. He was so nice and explained every detail to me, even showed and explained my MRI. The day of surgery he even came and talked to me for awhile. That almost never happens and I've had a lot of surgeries. His description of the surgery was spot on. Very confident of his ability and such a warm and nice person. Even the phy therapy with Kevin afterwards at his office was a joy. Well some pain, but he was very nice also. They took care of all the insurance so all I had to do was show up. I'll only have him work on my shoulders and knees if they need it. I have one more post op visit left and will miss seeing him, he really listens to me and doesn't just walk in and out like a lot of Drs. I have do. and he's right next door to my GP which is handy. Thanks Dr. Tomlinson, Charlene Kullback

I was seen promptly and received a very thorough exam. The medicine I was prescribed started helping with just a few days. I'm very pleased with the care I received.

I ruptured my Achilles tendon and called Ozark Orthopedics based on a recommendation. I asked to see the first surgeon available which happened to be Mike Griffey. Mike was fantastic. Very personable and friendly. He appreciated his explanations of the procedures and so far my tendon has turned out great so I can attest that he is an excellent surgeon.

    Ozark Orthopaedics
First of all, I called around to Mercy Orthopedics and explained that my child was hurt and could not walk - they told me they could see him in two weeks.  I asked if they understood he couldn't walk and they said yes - needless to say I won't be going to them ever! Then I called Ozark Orthopaedics and explained my situation.  They got my son in that day and Dr. Heinzelmann started figuring out what was wrong.  They put him on crutches, did and MRI and diagnosed his injury and thoroughly explained the course of treatment.  They were easy to deal with, understood the urgency of us seeing someone right away and were pleasant to deal with.  It was a fairly long recovery but with clear instructions my son actually got off his crutches a few weeks early and returned to the gym. Dr. Heinzelmann and his assistant Melissa were there to answer all of my emergency and non emergency questions and I really appreciated that!

They are wonderful over there. It is very family oriented and they have no problem calling the family and talking about what needs to be done. You are called in on a regular basis and you have access to the progress of the therapy. If you disagree with something they will work with you on alternatives. They are flexible with the different needs of children. I think they are just wonderful. They provide meals and potty train them. They are very good with developmentally challenged children as well.
