AIllinois Energy Windows & Siding IncPrompt reply to scheduling in-home estimate quote. I recently moved into a townhome - they were able to get my paperwork done quickly to submit to HOA review for approval (unlike other companies who refuse to work w/ townhome owners). The staff members are personable, experienced, & professional, and explained their services & products clearly & in detail, with suggestions for different options. They worked w/me on obtaining doors with blind inserts, which is a custom item I specifically requested. I had also asked for an estimate to have 6 windows’ broken vapor seals fixed. They told me that I don’t need new windows (“Illinois Energy” only does new window installation), but simply need a glass service/repair company to replace individual glass packs. They didn’t have to do this, but they gave me the contact info of local service companies (not affiliated) for help. Very helpful, thorough, & attentive to detail.- Carol P.

I was given accurate estimate on scheduling time frame. Paid half on order and half after installation. Exact to estimate., no surprises. The team that did the installation were very professional and courteous. Very detailed oriented and fast! ANorthwest Arkansas Windows and SidingWe cannot say enough wonderful things about Ron Coday, owner of NWA Windows and Siding. The quality of his product, both windows and siding is outstanding. The pricing is very competitive and he was able to work within our budget while offering prompt and professional service throughout the entire transaction, installation and follow up service calls. He helped us through a very difficult time as a family recovering from a kitchen fire. Through Ron's company we were able to order custom-sized windows to fit the needs of our remodel at a price competitors couldn't touch. The installed siding and windows transformed the entire look of our home and helped make it a place we could be proud of. The crew were prompt, courteous and very polite. They weren't just installing siding and slapping in windows, they added a sliding glass door where two windows had been in the guest bedroom, as well as added a new window where a blank wall had been in our master suite. Our kids were interested in their work and often set up chairs to have a front row seat, which did not bother the crew at all. When we recently had the house appraised for a refinance even the inspector commented on the quality of the work and materials. AWilson's Home Improvement CoOn first visit, sales representative was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. I asked for an estimate on new siding and columns for my home, and received it promptly. I did not purchase any services at that point because the price was too high (about $33,000) compared to other companies in my area (about $16,500). Another sales representative contacted me later and offered to review the previous estimate to determine if an error had been made. Again, the representative was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable when he came to my home. Upon reviewing the previous estimate and an estimate from another local company, he gave me a new estimate of about $18,500. Based upon the excellent reviews that Wilson's has received for the quality of their work, I decided to use this company. Their work was excellent, my house looks even better than I had hoped for. All of their workers were polite and professional. Several months after the work was completed, I noticed that a few pieces of trim on the back porch were warped and did not lay down flat. I called Wilson's to report the problem, and they fixed it immediately. After Wilson's completed siding my home, I used a different company to install new gutters. The representative from that company commented on my beautiful siding and asked which siding company did the job. When I told him it was Wilson's, he said that should have known it was Wilson's because they always do such good work.- Tracy C.

AWilson's Home Improvement CoOne night in January the temp dropped to 13 degrees and my windows started sweating and in a bathroom I had ice cycles hanging off the window. I knew it was time to replace them. After having 2 estimates one being pella .Paul Cook came out and did a great demonstration with a freeze test and a heat lamp plus explained the the frame work and the warranty on them .The 30 year warranty and the replacement for accidental breakage and a transferal of warranty I must say he was impressing and I was impressed with the windows. He explained that one window would be sent to 2 different factories because the top was round. Paul told me when they would come in and they did. An appointment and a time was set up. The installers ( Isaac and Carl ) Came out and got stated on time.They worked all day and got them all insulated and installed and were good at cleaning all things up. They allowed me to have a conversation with them while they work and was very glad to explain to me all they were doing while they did there job..both (Isaac and Carl ) work till they had to use flash light to put there tools in there trailer .Carl came back the next morning, and it was a Saturday, and was on time at 8:00. I would have still been in bed on a Saturday but not Isaac. He finished the outside trim around the windows and got them all caulked. when he left you could not tell they had been here except how much better my house looked with the new windows . I did notice that one of the windows that was in the 3 windows together ( the rounded one ) the part with the locks in the center was about 1 inch off but it was not noticeable. When I called and explain it to someone at wilson's I was told they would be glad to change it at no cost to me. I told them it was not a big deal but he insisted to discus the issue with Paul Wilson.About 4 days later a courtesy check for 200.00. they did not have to do that but to me that showed they cared about their customer satisfaction.. Am I satisfied with their workmanship and their concern for my happiness with the windows ? ABSOLUTELY I will always reccomend them to my family and Friends . I am one happy camper !!!!- Dennis G.

ACrews were professional and worked hard to install the radiant barrier during my remodel. I know this was money well spent cause it is now the middle of summer in the house. With temperatures running the upper 90's-100 and no insulation in the attic (Still in remodel stage, but drywall is up), the AC system can keep it a nice 72 inside without any problems and without running all the time.

AExcellent experience from initial contact by the sales/estimator representative to final clean-up. Product was delivered on schedule and put in place on the roof quickly. Foreman showed up as soon as a few days of rain stopped to deliver trailer and was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to expect in time and inconvenience. Crew showed up on time and worked quickly and did the full job Friday thru mid-day Sunday to minimize time of inconvenience. Job looks great and they did a great job of clean-up.
