ACondor General ContractingDennis's team came out right away and gave an estimate that was lower than the others we had gotten. They started work one day later. The unit they installed was a quality 3 1/2 ton Lennox system. They did the complete install in one day, just in time before the hot weather hit! And the workers never even had to come inside the house (if you are concerned about Covid19 risk). We will use them again for our next project!- Ron G.

The job I needed done was no simple task but the WM guys came in and we’re very professional and compassionate and made the job seem like a walk in the park. I was working nights that week at my job and the guys were very understanding and worked around my need to sleep during the day. I was unsettled at first about sleeping while they were there working but the guys were outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew of guys. AALL-N-1 COOLING & HEATINGGREAT the work was done on time and in a very professional manner. I live out of state and the work was done on two rental houses. A very minor problem was found and corrected at a fair price , this repair could of been reported as a major problem but it was reported to me as it was and repaired right away. I also had a seasonal service plan started on both units. The service repairman was fast , on time , very knowledgeable and best of all honest as well as keeping me posted as to his findings and progress.- Billy B.

ANot usually the review type, but had an extraordinary experience with Justin from Air Pro Services that I really want to pass on. I was in the market to upgrade my air conditioning system due to the age and inefficiency of my current system. I had 6 competitive quotes and spoke with numerous salesmen/techs. Justin was very polite, professional and interested in growing his business through customer service. Air Pro sells York Air Conditioning Systems which are made in America, in York Pennsylvania, so that was a big plus for me vs. the systems being built in China or Mexico. Justin's Quote was the best value by far out of any of my quotes. In fact, I got a 16 seer matched York LX system for less money than the next lowest priced 14 seer quote. Justin arrived on time as expected giving me text and phone updates before the project. Justin showed me where insulation was missing from refrigerant lines from original install and replaced them at no additional charge. When unboxing the coil, one side of the coil had a minor dent in it, and Justin took time to show me to give me the option of swapping it out at the dealer or getting the price discounted. He showed me the internals to verify the damage was cosmetic only on external sheet metal and secured me a sever hundred dollar discount from the dealer as my choice vs exchanging. I have nothing but good things to say about this contractor. He is fair, polite and interested in growing his business vs. taking advantage of his customers. If you are working an AC project, I would give Air Pro Services an opportunity to provide you a bid or do your repairs. You will be happy you did!!

AThey were very polite, patient, and professional. They removed and replaced a 22 year old heat pump system in just a few hours. I will be hiring them again next year to replace the other old unit for the other section of my house. I would highly recommend their company. They installed an 18 SEER unit with a two stage compressor per my choice.

AMy mother is elderly and had been without air all night. I called Airtech first thing this morning and within an hour I had not only a tech out, but the owner himself. That says a lot about a company when the boss will get out and get his hands dirty with the rest of his team, and on super short notice at that. It was obvious that Nick had years of experience just by talking to him for a couple of minutes. He had the part on his truck, had the unit back up and running within 10 minutes and had very fair pricing, especially with how quickly he showed up. If I could give Airtech an extra star I would. They have my business from now on.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AKramer's office called to notify us that Shawn was on his way to look over our system. He arrived in about 15 minutes and went right to work. We asked him to check the air deliver pipes in the attic and he did. We explained that the rear rooms weren't cooling as well as the front so he adjusted the unit to increase air flow to them. Shawn found a clog in the condensation line that smelled and could have caused problems in the future. He cleaned the pipes thoroughly and restructured them to be more efficient. He thoroughly cleaned the outdoor and indoor units and added some Freon. Shawn opened and outside condensation pipe, cleaned it out and added some pipes to it to make it function better. Before leaving Shawn checked the vents to make sure that we were receiving adequate circulation and he explained how we could keep the unit in top condition. He advised that after the repairs he made his next check up would be much easier and less time consuming. We were extremely impressed with Shawn and will recommend Kramer to all of our friends and neighbors.

APerfect. My 20 year old heat pump/AC broke late Friday night. David, owner of Your Heating and Air Guy, gave up his Sat. to come and try to fix the unit. No luck, had to order new unit. David worked all day Mon. and Tues, to get new unit in and working to cool house late last night. Is coming back today to finish. He is honest, hard working and very reasonable on his pricing. I highly recommend him for all of your heat and air problems and maintenance.
