I didn't pay anything, it's under warranty. They're exceptional. This is the 7th car I have bought from them. The workers are great, very professional. I think their professionalism is the best thing about them. They're service is very good. They treat you very well. They're respectful of your time.

    Ace Garage Doors and More
Every experience has been excellent. He's never been too expensive, and works in half the time as competitors. I don't have any reason at all to complain. He does something that I really like, he sets appointments for necessary oil changes so it's already scheduled in and done in less than 20 minutes! He has transporting services from the garage to your home if needed and is just so helpful overall. I highly recommend him to others.

Skip's Foreign Car Repair in Conway is hands down the finest auto mechanic in the state of Arkansas.  I've been taking all of my vehicles to Skip's for over 15 years.  There is no one I trust more to wrench on my vehicles than Skip and his crew.  He has serviced everything from our 77 Chevy truck and 79 Toyota FJ40 to our three Hondas (Odyssey, Accord, Element) and my Mom's Toyota Camry and now our new Subaru Outback and Ford Transit Connect.  Skip is the epitome of honesty and integrity.  He knows his stuff and is a stand up guy fully backing up his work.  He's cordial and is all about customer service and satisfaction.

I remember an old episode of Tool Time with Tim Allen as Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor.  On that episode Tim's wife, Jill, confronts Tim with the possibility of moving to a different city to advance her personal career.  Tim responds, "Are you kidding?  We can't move.  What about my mechanic?"  That's exactly how I feel about Skip's Foreign Car Repair.  I can't imagine anyone else working on my vehicles.

If you want your car fixed, and you want it fixed right, you go to Skip's.  Highly recommended.

    Maces Garage
Great. They fixed the liftgate motor and rear windshield wiper fluid sprayer. And they fixed an engine problem the car dealer should have repaired due to a recall but they wouldn't. They also replaced my hybrid battery with a salvaged one and saved me thousands a few years ago. Their garage is so clean, you could eat off the floor.

    Austin Brothers Tire & Service
We trust all our work to the folks at Austin Brothers. We have had our vehicles over there many times. I bought 5 new tires and rims for my jeep wrangler in 2012 along with shocks and had the stabelizer  bar replaced.
My wife kept smelling something coming from her jeep wrangler and saw small water sports on the carport. I never could see where it was coming from until we came home one Sunday and I smelled the smell. When I checked the top of the radiator I noticed on the inside that it was leaking around the top. I thought it was because of a faulty radiator cap. We took over there and left it to be fixed. When we got it back my wife said it was still making the buzzing sound we had heard before. We took it back over there and they found the problem and didn't charge us since they had misdiagnosed the problem when it was over there the first time.   My jeep wrangler wouldn't start and I thought it was the battery so I replaced it but it still wouldn't start. I went out to see if it would start one last time before I had it towed to the jeep dealer. It started so I drove it to work that night and the next day it acted like it didn't want to start. When it finally did start I took it over to Austin Brothers to have them look at it. The mechanic said their were like 2 to 3 relay switches that could be bad that he didn't want to put a starter on there just to be selling me something if it didn't need it. The jeep is over 15 years old so I figured it had to be the starter and told him to replace it. He said he could check the relays and I told him to go ahead and replace it. They do not try to over sell you on anything at Austin Brothers. Great place to have any and all car work that can be done, done there.

I have known J.R., who owns the company, for over 30 years. He's a master mechanic. He was a shop foreman at the Mazda dealership in Sherwood and owned one of the first Miatas in the state of Arkansas. He is the founder of the Arkansas Miata club. In my opinion, nobody knows Mazdas or Mitatas better than him.

    Hines Service Center
The brake job turned out fine. I've been using this provider for about 20 years. I like them because they're local. We have three cars: a 1999 Chrysler Sebring, 2002 Honda Odyssey Van and a 1995 Mazda Miata. They work on all the cars except the Miata, which goes to a specialist.

They did a good job and I haven't had any problems with the repairs that they did. The people were nice and friendly. They did the job in a day, I took my car in there morning and got it back the same afternoon.

Skip's Foreign Car Repair shop is without question THE BEST foreign repair shop in the state of Arkansas.  They are friendly, punctual, reasonably priced and HONEST.  If it is a Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Infiniti, VW, BMW, Audi, Porsche, or Mini, they can fix it and it won't break the bank!  While their location it is about 4 or 5 miles East of the I-30 Conway exit on Hwy 64E, the drive is worth it for the great service that they deliver.

    Austin Brothers Tire & Service
They were extremely friendly, greeted me when I walked in and pulled my car into a bay within just a few minutes. I was out of there within an hour. The place is not fancy, but there is plenty of customer waiting space. Business is brisk, which relieves the limited parking available.
I took my Toyota in several months later because of a light on the dashboard. They diagnosed the problem and suggested I take it to the dealership, since it might still be under warranty. I was not charged.
