    St Vincent Medical Center North
They did an outstanding job. What I liked about them was their follow-up, the staff, the people were nice, facilities were great, they were good people and I felt comfortable. It was high class, they had really good people, they were responsible and they took care. The facilities were really good and I did not have any problem with them. In terms of availability, it was kind of a drive to get down there; it was tough. In terms of punctuality, I had to sit in the waiting room but that was typical for doctors. There was no problem in terms of billing and administration. I would use their services again in the future.

    Martin, Dr. Kenneth A.
He is very smart and very kind. He is the best guy in Arkansas for knees. He is the best. He provides super high-quality surgery. He is incredible. He has great follow up and manages the physical therapy.

    Barnes, Dr. C. Lowry
Saw Dr. Barnes before the surgery and had a list of questions for him. He answered everything to my satisfaction, even as to why he used the particular implantable device that he used. The surgery and recovery went well and I couldn't be happier with the results. I know people who've had this same surgery (my mom, for instance) and they wind up with one leg dramatically shorter than the other, but not so with my surgery. Also, before my surgery, I had to call his nurses several times with questions and verifications, and they always called back. The whole process runs like a well-oiled machine. The only problem is the wait time to get in to see Dr. Barnes. But I'd say that's a pretty good indication that he has a good reputation.

    Barnes, Dr. C. Lowry
He is the best orthopedic surgeon in the area. He is a specialist, and it takes a while to get in to see him but it's worth the wait. He is the best. We would use him again in the future.

    Martin, Dr. Kenneth A.
He's an outstanding knee doctor. The surgery went well and he had good follow-up. He's genuinely kind and caring. He's compassionate and takes the time to answer your questions. He's pretty busy but he gets through the patients as quickly as he can. If you wait too long they have someone else like a physician's assistant to come in and talk to you until he can get in to see you. He's just got a big volume of people that he sees, but they're efficient. I would go to him again.

It went well. Got to see the doctor in a timely manner, and I did not have to sit in an exam room for more than 15 minutes until doctor arrived.

    Arkansas Specialty Orthopedics
Patient and provider both agreed on a plan for a series of shots: once a week for 3 weeks. Shots would supply lubrication to the knees. Pain relief should be noticable in 6 weeks and should last approx. 6 to 8 months.

    Hefley, Dr William F
I ended up receiving PRP injections through another provider and I am hoping that after the soreness I will be well.   I will not return to Dr. Heffley.    He IS a nice man but he simply has too many patients to be able to really listen and understand pain levels, etc.
