AI had not sought chiropractic care in Little Rock and was hesitant to do so without a good recommendation. I was referred to Chenal Chiropractic from a trusted co-worker who had received care from Dr Vincent throughout her entire pregnancy as he has special training in adjustments appropriate for pregnancy. I had suffered from low back and hip pain that was becoming progressively worse and making twelve hour shifts on my feet very difficult. I started to take ibuprofen like candy. When I called, the staff member I spoke with was very friendly and made an appointment for me the next day.
I first met with Dr Vincent and he explained his approach to me. I then had diagnostic tests performed, but no x-rays as he did not believe they were necessary. I should mention that my insurance does cover chiropractic care and I thought it showed integrity to not perform x-rays that would have been covered and paid for because he did not feel he needed them for my treatment. Many healthcare providers seem to perform every service possible these days to increase their reimbursement.
We then discussed a treatment plan, he wanted to see me twice the first week then we would and quot;see how it goesand quot; on how frequently I needed to return. Again, it wasn't an I'll need to see you three times a week for a month then twice a week thereafter type plan that I know many other chiropractors try to lock you in to. He wanted to see how it worked and how I felt. He was pretty confident that he could help and he was right!
My symptoms improved after my first adjustment, but did come back a few days later. In the end, my acute treatment consisted of twice a week for three weeks then once a week for two more weeks. Now I make an appointment every 3-6 months depending on if I have any pain developing to keep my body and quot;tuned up.and quot;
I have found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful and there have never been any issues with billing. They recently moved to a newer, larger location and offer even more wellness services in addition to chiropractic. Occasionally Dr Vincent will be running 5-10 mins behind schedule but I think this is because he takes extra time with patients when they have questions or concerns. He never rushes you which I appreciate as a patient.

AHe did a great chiropractic care on my back. It's a large group, because they have an acupuncturist, a physical therapist, and a few other medical professional.

AHowever, I complained about the office staff to him and others. My entire account was over billed. I made advanced payments and would receive constant bills that were outrageous and could not get them to investigate why. It however, was not always this way but the end of 2014 my account and my family's account was severely over charged and my payments were suddenly balance to $0.00 after I told them that the checks were to be split between 2 accounts. They owed me back almost $600 but after sometime they quit billing. I was hoping it would go to collections but never did. I saved all my paperwork. Spent thousands on my genetic condition with this office. I found out later that all the staff was fired and charges against some for extortion.

ADr. Kifer had the integrity to say that if I did not improve in three sessions he would refer me to an orthopedist for osteoarthritis. He was the first person after a multitude of doctors and physical therapists to make the right call and get me to the right place.

ADr. Bennett has now helped me recover from a and quot;pretty severeand quot; case (according to the nerve test Doctor) of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my right hand, and nerve damage in my left hand/arm that caused my ring finger and pinky to be completely numb. The symptoms worsened if I rested my arm on a table, arm rest, or console. After a month of adjustments, I have almost no symptoms at all! He suggested stretches and exercises to do on my own to help as well.

CHe was thorough on the first visit only. I went to three subsequent visits. During two out of those three visits I had to wait more than 30 minutes after my appointment time to see Dr. Riley, and he only spent about 5 minutes treating me at all three appointments. I felt like it was a complete waste of time and money.

AJacksonville ChiropracticI originally started going to him because my husband recommended him. I travel all the way out to Jacksonville from Little Rock in the middle of the day for an appointment, but it is worth it. He does a wonderful job. He always has openings. He is very professional. He takes you in, takes care of what needs to be done, and gets you out of there. His price is very inexpensive, and his treatments are effective every time I go there. I will keep using him, and I would refer him.- Robin H.

ANicholson, Dr. Lori L.I have had a history of back problems. Dr. Nicholson is the best chiropractor I have seen. I usually spend little time in the waiting room, and her receptionist is friendly and efficient. Dr. Nicholson does an excellent job adjusting my back, communicates and listens very well, and gives me exercises for my back. I am amazed how much better I feel since I have started treatment. This doctor really cares for her patients.- Joe M.

ABennett, Dr. Steven F.I like that they have also have a medical doctor on staff and they're concerned about your overall health, not just your back, neck or anything like that. It's a really good organization.- Bryan P.

AVincent, Dr. John P.My first visit I was greeted by a nice young gentleman that works at the desk. He is always very friendly. He told me what all would happen since it was my first visit and was very helpful. He saw I had my 2 yr old son and showed me where to wait so he could play with the toys they have for the children. My son loves when I have an appointment there because all the toys he gets to play with. After a very short wait, probably just a couple minutes, Dr. Vincent talked to me and explained what chiropractic care was all about and how it would help me. He answered any questions my husband and I had, which weren't many because he was so informative while he was explaining things to us. He told me they would do some scans of my muscles and back to see where I needed the most help and then I was immediately taken back to have them done. The lady that helps you with payment arrangements and billing is very nice. She sits down and talks to you like a friend. She let me know what would save me the most money and what everything costs. Dr. Vincent takes about 5 minutes to adjust you when you go, so after your initial visit you are in and out in about 15 minutes. I would refer him and his staff to anyone, especially women who are pregnant. He really wants to help you and seems to enjoy what he does. My doula has told me several times how he has came to adjust women in labor to give them an easier time and better experience. And I have watched him adjust children as well. He is very approachable and plays with them to keep them comfortable.- Lindsey V.

AJacksonville ChiropracticThis practice works every time. He is very gentle and effective. He doesn't overtreat. He doesn't overcharge; in fact, he undercharges. He is very good about giving you a preventive regiment, so that your pain doesn't come back. The staff is very friendly and kind. The practice is made of great people.- Michael D.

ANicholson, Dr. Lori L.I always go back to her because she is a good listener to my needs and we communicate very clearly and by doing so, we get the adjustments done right the first time. I will always need care. The first time I went to her it was because the chiro I'd been using had gotten very comfortable with overbooking (and my time is valuable too!)...my last wait was over an hour and I literally sat on the floor of her waiting room because she was so overbooked. I called Dr. Lamitina's office as she was part of my insurance and quot;groupand quot;, was able to interview her briefly over the phone (for my needs) and decided to give her a try. She was fantastic from the start for me. I have NEVER waited more than 15 minutes and I go about every 2 to 4 months as needed. She does not push for follow up appointments, letting me determine what is best for my body. I really like that she recognizes that no two bodies are exactly alike and therefore I feel my treatment is what is right for me. She does not do the traditional adjustments to the neck very much, opting for the and quot;activitorand quot; instead. I find that is my preferance and works well for me. Mandy, her main office gal, is very personable and has always done her best to work me in if I am seriously lock up. Mandy is a very good communicator as well.- Rhonda P.
