    Jay's Service Company
Called and had technician scheduled within hours. John was extremely helpful and professional. Detailed explanation of his findings, with video/photos of the equipment, communicated clearly. No one likes to receive (or give) bad news, but John and Jay's left a very good impression.

    Bob & Ed's Heating & Air Conditioning
I called for an estimate and John came out the next day and gave me a quote to replace the entire system that was well below previous estimates.  It took about week for them come out and replace the unit due to it being the middle of summer and being busy. It took most of the day but they got it in and up and running before they left. Communication with them was great and they were very professional and prompt. I recommend them to anyone.

    Middleton Heat & Air
It was done within one day.  Everything works great.  We had Middleton out to re-locate and replace the upstair's HVAC several months earlier.  They found that our vent pipe had a large leak -- causing a funny odor in one of the bedrooms.  They ended up replacing the vent pipe but forgot to take the old vent pipe trash when cleaning up.  The estimator for this new A/C unit said that they would take the vent pipe trash when doing the installation.  They again forgot to take the old vent pipe.  Our general contractor ended up cleaning up after them.

DuBose Heating and Air Conditioning / HVAC
Using DuBose was a wonderful experience.  I felt like the price was fair for an entire new HVAC system.  We used DuBose at our previous house for maintaining the system and immediately turned to them when the A/C stopped working at our new house.  Kevan and Melanie are wonderful to work with and very considerate.  Melanie consistently reminded the guys to be mindful of our cat.  The work was finished in a day, and they were willing to work around our schedule.  I would absolutely recommend using DuBose for your heating and air maintenance and service.

    Air Done Just Right
Prompt, independent owner. Does excellent work. Every fall I have my furnace checked, and every Spring he comes out and he checks the air conditioning, and if it needs anything, he works on it. He's really a great guy. Very fair. He's not just out for the bucks, he's there to help the customer. He is just fantastic!

BR McGinty Plumbing, Heating & Air
We called them repeatedly as the system would quit cooling.  We have crazy weather here and even in winter we have some warm days.  The condenser outside was going off at least every 2 days or more.  It continued multiple times.  On and off.  They suggested we reset the condenser by disconnecting the electricity to it.  But of course that wipes out any error codes so they couldnt tell what the problem was (they said).  They continued to send out a guy who had no idea what he was doing.  My wife specifically asked him if he wanted to look inside in the furnace closet.  The guy always said no.  His name was Major something. He claimed our unit was dirty and wanted to sell us a Maintenance Contract.  But it wasn't dirty.  Finally, I called Matt McGinty and asked that they send someone who knew what he was doing.  They sent a guy named Garry who identified the problem as the coil inside that was rusted out (on a 5 ton Rheem Premier unit about 2 years old!).  Replaced the coil under warranty. but sent me a bill for labor as the labor warranty was only for 2 years.  I am sure their position will be that they serviced it after the 2 year period ended even though they came out many times before the 2 year period ended and never got it fixed on those occasions.  BTW, did I say that their receptionist is extremely unhelpful and snotty with a real bad attitude (when I am being nice and asking why they haven't called us back when we report the continuing problem).  So last week (after the coil was replaced) we had solid rain for about a week (last week of May 2014).  Heavy 2 or 3 inches.  Condenser quits working AGAIN!!  Same problem.  I call and the gal says oh Matt is out of the office for the next week and they cant send anyone over for another week anyway.  I left Matt a hot message and of course AGAIN got no response.  Then the 2nd McGinty bill in the mail.  Now I am faced with having to replace a 2 year old 5 ton unit and also put a new coil in inside.  Ask me how happy I am.  Don't ever use these people.  Unprofessional and incompetent.

    Meux Services Inc.
He was good to come near the holidays, on a weekend. But he diagnosed the reason for a bad smell coming from the unit, in a few minutes told me that he would order the needed part and come back.  He told me the unit wasn't working, however, the unit was always working; it was the smell that I was concerned about.  The smell dissipated the next day and I received a call on Monday stating that the part was in; I explained I did not need the part, never had a problem with the heater working, only the smell.  I requested my money back and there was no argument; they were very helpful and agreeable to refund my money.

    Bob & Ed's Heating & Air Conditioning
I contacted Bob and Ed's and they IMMEDIATELY sent someone to my house.  The young man was nice and it only took about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem.  He was at my house for only a short period of time.  I had a small glitch, and he came back right away and worked on that.  I appreciate their response and good nature.

    Middleton Heat & Air
They are my go to in servicing. They are absolutely fantastic. Top, top notch. I specifically wrote a note to Mr. Middleton, they were so careful with my house and things like that. I got a letter back from him. That's the kind of company they are. They are a big company, but they are excellent. The people they send out are always knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. The reason I got involved with them, four or five years ago, I had a real problem, like I said my house was built in 35, it's one of those pits, it's real pretty, but it takes a lot of work and some other people had just totally screwed up that I had ceilings up in the upstairs bedroom because the pressure had overflowed, something had overflowed in the attic and the people kept coming out and screwing it up. Middleton got here and they know what they are doing, they fixed it. And ever since then their people are experienced and knowledgeable. And they are very pleasant. I mean that counts for a lot, I don't give a damn if somebody is my best friend, if they fix something and they know what they are doing. And they are very pleasant, but they are knowledgeable. And they are prompt. When they tell you they will be here between a certain time, they will be here. And if it's an emergency they will accommodate you. But normally it takes two or three days to get an appointment with them because they are busy. But if you have an emergency they will come.

Russell & LeMay Plumbing & Heating
At one point in the past, we had had a problem and they were very quick to come out and fix it. Also, they fixed it in such a way that they saved us some money in the process. The price was fair but I don't think it was a bargain either. They were good.
