    Garrett Tire and Auto Center
We have entrusted both of our limited-edition Mopars to Garrett, as well as our well-worn Ford SporTrac. Oil changes, tires, repairs--and the owner of the shop is very forthcoming, friendly, and deadly honest about anything he finds. He worked with us on a road hazard replacement, and took care of getting my wife back and forth to work (very near the shop). We've only lived in NWA since last year, and were worried about getting the "right" place for the job. No doubts, no questions. We've found our place for tires, brakes, oil changes, radiator flushes...whatever they can do. Trust them 100% since day 1.

.Wow!  I made the appt, showed up on time, in less than 30 minutes they checked everything for my 30K mile maintenance, rotated the tires, and washed my car.  Beats the HECK out of using the Lexus dealership 2 hours away! I LOVE these guys!

    JOHNSON'S TIRE & SVC CTR
Went well. Mike Johnson is very honest and professional. Does what he says, when he says and always for quoted price.

Very nice people here and quite honest with a problem with my air conditioner unit.  He told me that he could continue filling up our unit but there was a leak that needed repair and he advised against it until we had it repaired or replaced.  (I eventually had to replace the unit so we haven't had to return but if I needed to, I certainly would!)

    Fleet Tire Service
When we arrived, Bennie directed me to a very convenient spot to park my trailer. There was no need to unhitch from my tow vehicle. We waited inside for no more than 30 mins max, the tires were mounted, we paid (my husband commented how reasonably priced they were), and were on our way. Couldn't have been easier.

    NEWTON TIRE CO
They were very honest and could have changed by brakes even though I didn't need it. I offered to kpay for the evaluation but they wouldn't take any money. I will definitely use them again.

    Covington Tire and Lube
I saw a sign as I was driving on their building and my husband had told me that I had wires showing on one of my tires. I called them that morning and asked if they had my tires in stock and they did. I turned around and went back to them and they had my car ready by noon -that included four tires and wheel alignment. What impressed me is that they took my time in to consideration. The staff were really good- the front person that was working with me on the order and the mechanic himself were both very friendly and talked to me about the different things about my car.

Great! Gave me great advice with which tires to get and filled up the tires with nitrogen for free.

We've been using him for 9 years and are very happy with his work. It's very nice, since he's so close to us that it's really convenient to use his shop. He'll do whatever he can to help you and he's honest!

    Tire Town Inc
had an air leak in one tire driving home in the morning from work (I do nights at a hospital). I was a little worried since I just bought this car and I'm new to being out on my own. Plus I had to be back at work that night! I went to Tire Town because it was the closest to where I lived and I was pretty exhausted. They were very friendly, made me feel at ease, and quick to get someone working on my tire. This surprised me since I expected a wait as they were fairly busy. They had plenty of room to sit and wait for the short amount of time I was there. The atmosphere was nice as well since the employees would talk and joke with each other making it easy to tell they enjoyed being there. They found the leak and repaired my tire in about 15 minutes and then I was on my way back home. I don't know what normal cost is for tire repairs and service but they charged me $12 which I was definitely pleased about. If I have any other issues with my tires I will most certainly be going back to them!
